Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The website said our product would be delivered within 48 hours, but I received my order after 8 days. On the third day, I sent them an email and a message on Instagram saying I no longer needed it, but they didn't respond to my email and still sent the order. I will never buy anything from this website again.

Still haven’t received my order after…

Still haven’t received my order after over two weeks – no proper response from customer service

I placed an order on March 28th for three Clinique serums worth €112 (Order number: 1304759749). Today is April 14th and I still haven’t received my package. I contacted customer service twice via email, but I only received vague or unhelpful replies.

At this point, I’m seriously concerned whether this company is legitimate or not. This experience is deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend ordering from Marionnaud Italia until they prove themselves trustworthy and resolve this issue.

Ordered some products to pick up from…

Ordered some products to pick up from store. It says it'll be ready within 48 hours but it doesn't.
It took 4 working guys i guess. It was probably couriers fault.
But their customer survice was good i must say. They both replied in mail and messenger.
I was scared that i might got scammed after reading the reviews. But luckily i didn't. And also products wasn't fake.
Overall satisfied.

Horrible service experience

1) The workers in the Milano store did not speak English well (they mixed English words with Italian). On my question, if I could create an online order (because they did not have the necessary goods in their store) I got: "No, it is not possible, goodbye" (in reality, it was possible via their website).
2) I made the online order 1302236089 with a 2-hour pickup option from the same Marionnaud shop in Milan (afternoon 17/12/2023). I just got the order confirmation email with a note to wait for another one to pick the goods up. This email has never come.
3) The next day (18/12/2023) I had to go back home (I do not live in Italy), and I wrote an email to the Customer Service team to cancel my order and get a refund. No answer was received (the messages were written in English and Italian). The WhatsApp number is managed by a bot which is useless in Customer Service processes.
4) Yesterday (03/01/2024) I got the email my order was successfully delivered which is not true because I was out of Italy since mid-December and have never been there after. I sent another email to the Customer Service team to get an explanation and still no answer.
This is one of the worst ever service experiences in my life. And I will never advise or recommend this store to all my friends and close people (especially if they come to Italy as tourists).

I PURCHASED ONLINE FROM MARIONNAUD…

I PURCHASED ONLINE FROM MARIONNAUD ITALIA AND DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED WITHIN 24/48 HOURS.
AFTER 4 DAYS THEIR WEBSITE SAID THE GOODS HAD BEEN DELIVERED, WHICH THEY HADN'T. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISING THEM THAT THE GOODS WERE SHOWING AS DELIVERED. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES, INFORMING ME WHAT I HAD INFORMED THEM: THAT THE GOODS HAD BEEN DELIVERED. IN THE MEANTIME I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO RATE THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED!!!
THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED AS A GIFT AND WAS NEEDED WITHIN THE 48HOURS INDICATED. UNFORTUNATELY THE GIFT HASN'T ARRIVED IN TIME AND MARIONNAUD INSIST THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS!! *****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE TOTALLY UNREALIABLE AND DISHONEST***** I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND AS THEY ARE ADAMANT THE GOODS WERE DELIEVRED. I AM SURE THAT THERE ARE OTHER MUCH MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES TO USE ONLINE THAN MARIONNAUD.
