Marionnaud France had sold me expired cosmetics many times over the years. Every time I purchased online from them there was half of products that were almost or already expired. I had to return few times already. The latest time, it was Clarins lip gloss that was produced 36 months ago which means it’s expired already but this time I couldn’t return because it was delivered while I was on business trip so it passed 14 day- return window. I stopped trusting Marionnaud France completely and would never purchase from this brand again.

my parcel was never delivered and marionnaud has refused to re-send me the shipment or give me any sort of compensation. the rude lady at 'customer service' more like customer disservice told me that i can go to the police... i will never again order anything from them again.
this was the worst experience i have ever had with any store ever!

. There is a clerc, Alssiya at the Marionnaud store in Saint Germain, corner of Rie se Sevres et Rue du Four, who is always incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. I have walked out a few times from that store after she has made rude comments . Had to go to other Marionnaud s. Please get rid of such rude b+**s if you want to sell more, especially to foreigners, a large constituency on that neighborhood.

I have bought so many products from then in the past as a loyal customer. Recently I placed an order and the package is almost empty. No one speaks English, they are rude when i call them. They asked me to fill forms and all but still no help. I told them its urgent and I have to leave in 2 days from France and i won’t be able to continue with the claim later on.

Unfortunately, I do not have an order number and I do not even know what your shop sells but transactions were done in France on the 17th of August 2024

I have a problem with this company yesterday they deduct money from my account card no2824 amounts of R991.24 they don't want to help me with refund I didn't buy anything from them

ths comapny has taken money from my account and i have never ever purchased anything so its a fraudulent company

This company is my number 1 now . Delivery was very fast ,I got several valuable gifts for free ,packaging was outstanding.

I have used the store in Coquelles a few time but staying in LeTouquet for a few days tried the one here.
I paid by credit card and without my knowledge the sales assistant did the transaction exchange rate which was an abysmal rate I must add.
I’m pretty certain I should have been given a choice.

I purchased 3 bottles of a health/beauty supplement (expensive hair vitamins) for my daughter who is sick and is losing her hair...I originally only wanted to purchase 1 but the sales associate convinced me to buy 2, and the promo gave me an additional bottle. The supplements caused a rash. I tried to return 2 of the unopened bottles, thinking I would have to keep the opened one. The sales associate had to call someone (which took a long time waiting in store) to ask if she could process the return and they said that they could do it, but only if I had all 3 bottles. So, on my 3rd trip to the store, I brought all three bottles. The sales associate had to call someone again to ask (which again required a long wait in store), and then informed me that she could not give me a refund, only a store gift card. This was not the policy Marionnaud stated online, and I showed her, but she said that there was no way I could get a refund, only a gift card. I understand that many stores don't offer refunds, only exchanges/store credit, but the refund policy on the receipt and the website were different than what she explained to me. Something didn't seem right about the whole situation, and I was frustrated about having spent so much time and energy.

They pretend to have discounts on their products and you are happy with that but after you see the same products are even cheaper than what you paid on other stores either online or physical. Do not get tempted when you receive the discount messages.

the customer service is the worst ever. was told the product will be delivered in 72h. then i was told it might come in a week. then i was told they can't tell me when...
in my experience the worst shop and customer service. will never order again. be careful you might not get what you order

I made a return and never got my money back. No one is answering not on the phone, not on whatsapp, not on e-mail. I am going to fill a complain and get my money back legally. My order number is 1302143362. They said they lost the returned package in their deposit (the courrier delivered it to them) and i cant get my money back because they dont have the product.

Be careful when you try to return unopened items that were purchased at one of their stores not online. Austria seem to have different rules than you might be used to. They only took one item back and kept the original receipt which I doubt is even legal since I paid for it. You only get store credit anyways so it’s not like they would have lost any money. I recommend buying perfumes elsewhere than this overpriced shop. Lesson learned

My Credit Card is charged from this website 5 times in one day and I have lose 500 euros, I have never purchased anything from this company and I have contacted them but no response on the email, I have created a dispute with my bank. Please give an instructions how I can contact you and return my stolen money. Nobody contacted me 3 days later
