I am so upset with this service

I am so upset with this service
I am a teenager and I was with my friends, we walked in and she put down the shutter and said no, we were very confused and stepped back, she proceeded to open it back up and then she crossed her head, she must have assumed we were going to steal but don’t judge a book by its cover, just because we don’t speak there language doesn’t mean we’re not allowed in a beauty shop, we are responsible 15year olds and I am furious with this

Not delivered and not reimbursed

On December 11 th I ordered a gift for my husband from Nocibe. They say it was delivered on the 16th but not to my address… nobody called and nobody put anything in my letter box.

After loads of email, requests for patience, and requests for reviews, now telling me to claim with their supplier PARFUMDREAMS for which I don’t seem to have the correct reference number.

I feel totally ripped off and I have spent so much time on it I feel they owe me much more than the purchase and delivery price.

If you have any sense do not ever order from Nocibe… I certainly won’t.

I have now read your response and you ask ne to repeat all the actions I have taken to resolve my problem. I have wasted too much time on this already and you should look at all my communications to you and resolve the situation to my satisfaction. At this stage you merely need to send me a reimbursement as 25 days have passed since I ordered from you.

Poor order assembly

Very disappointed. An order was made for delivery to the store (France) of a gift set of expensive perfume. Due to careless packaging (no protection inside the box) - the set fell apart inside, the gift box itself was torn, although it was made of very thick cardboard, and even the metal atomizer got a big dent. The order assembler only needed to put additional paper in the box, or seal it a little on the sides, or put on an elastic band, as other stores often do. As a possible second guess - such a defective product was deliberately put in. All this can be solved by simple, high-quality work of our employees.

Very disapointed with poor and non…

Very disapointed with poor and non professional customer services at NOCIBE, Fougères. I called the Institute to inquire about CLINIQUE loose powder #4. The employee was positively reponsive and told me to come in person to pick it up as they had this product in stock at Fougeres. I then drove to Fougeres to pick it up 3 days later, to be told by a rude and non professional employee that they no longer had this product. I wasted my time and gas.

Products sent back to Nocibe - No transport available!

I ordered a load of sun care products in plenty of time for my holiday. A few days before the due delivery date, i receive a message from the delivery company saying that they cannot deliver my products due to a lack of vehicles and are returning my parcel to Nocibe!! Unbelievable. So now if have to rush around and find all those products elsewhere. Please Nocibe, if you cannot get your products delivered on time, then DO NOT offer them online!! How come other companies do not have this problem? At least i have never heard the excuse of no vehicles available ever.

Fantastic own brand make up

I bought an own brand eye shadow palette at your Constances store last year and loved it - I love make up and it has been the best palette ever. So reasonable too. This year I bought an eyeshadow palette and highlighter at your St Malo store. The assistant was so helpful and again the palette is a hit!! I wish I could buy your makeup in the UK! Looking forward to my next trip to France and Noicbe!

Bad service

I ordered products at Nocibe online and never got it. After 15 days waiting. Still nothing. I contact the company by e-mail but they didn't give clear response of my refund of money when I didn't get my products. Beside that, the service was terrible in the shop when I asked for a lipstick and the seller told me is like that and will sell it to me when I can see it has been used. I walked away and never will buy anything from that shop. ( shop in Deauville)

FAKE PERFUMES

FAKE PERFUMES, I ordered my mom Chloe Nomade EDP 75ml online to have it collected it at the NICE LINGOSTIERE shop before i headed to the airport, i ordered online because it was discounted at a good price. To my surprise and bad luck, im now abroad and i compared the Chloe Nomade i ordered from NOCIBE with the previous one my mother has that I BOUGHT HER IN MARIONNAUD IT and they are NOT the same. The perfume i ordered in NOCIBE IS FAKE, the box is not the same, the fragance evaporates as if youre using a splash fromVS. I dont uderstand how can you sell fake frangances. Now i am stuck with your fake product. I want a refund back, i have proof they are not the same. Iwent to many many shops and the box of this perfume purchased through NOCIBE is different, they all have golden writting and this one is white. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, YOURE A FRAUD, no wonder why you have so many bad reviews, i wish ive seen this before. You better give me a good explanation because i wont stop until i get my money back. You took advantage of me ordering online and that i left the country and now i have no other means of getting this back to you
