I had a great experience with Land estates. They're timely with their responses and pleasant. They also offer great packages with settling into your new home.

Service is not as it used to be 3 years ago! For the first year their service was good! Gone downhill since covid hit and it’s bad now! As a landlord I’m having to double check everything they are doing!
Service is very poor. I’m hoping the service improves soon!

Land Estate will do anything just to get your money. They don't care about the tenants or landlord and certainly lack in communication. There is no transparency and I was given incorrect information, very irresponsible. Kim is very pushy and not honest. Not a person I would like to deal with ever again. Don't trust her words, better still avoid using this company altogether.

Land Estates are very professional in their dealings. They took on board my needs as a landlord and the calibre of tenants I required for my property. Great communication from the team involved in process from marketing/viewings/signing of contract. I felt reassured and was kept in the loop throughout. The patient nature of the staff meant no query/concern was too small or big for them to address as soon as it was brought to their attention. Thank you to Lewis/Joshua/Kim. To the entire team keep up the good work.

i am another agent, and am writing this as we had a tenant enquire about one of our properties, while refencing was going through the prospective tenant told us he had late payment history and was in rent arears, we received the reference back from fcc paragon, the reference stated that there was no AREARS no LATE PAYMENT and the tenant has acted in the correct and proper manor, after calling the office to find out how this reference was given as it was not true, they replied they were aware of the late payment history and also aware that there was still arears but the tenant had agreed to pay it tomorrow, shocking this agent would have given a false reference and our new landlord would have been lead to believe a total different story, the Letting agent also said that it was fine to give a false reference and that they had done nothing wrong, be aware anyone that is looking to use this company for lettings
