We have recently exchanged contracts on our house purchase and have been in regular contact with Donna at Land Estates. She has been consistently helpful, efficient, understanding and professional at all times. She has often gone above and beyond in pushing things forward on everyone’s behalf. Although, technically we were not her clients and she was obviously acting on behalf of her sellers, she has been fantastic in her positive, helpful attitude towards us also, which has been greatly appreciated, particularly when dealing with smaller enquires by having a more direct channel to our seller and then responding to us quickly. She has added the human touch to the whole experience.Thank you Donna.

Tenants beware - They charge 65% of rent when you terminate the agreement using the break clause. As per the tenant act, they are not supposed to charge it but they still charge it.

They are also not releasing my deposit for their own mistake. Absolutely no Business ethics.

Lewis & his team have been absolutely amazing to us, no question too big or small. (even some silly ones!)
Very prompt with paperwork and returning emails/phonecalls.

We’re currently renting our first flat with Land Estates and had Lewis deal with us. He was fantastic, my partner has just started a new job and so his financial reference took longer than hoped but Lewis was fantastic with helping us sort everything out despite the delay and kept us in the loop with everything despite the fact that the referencing is done by a third party company. Having dealt with different estate agents in the past when renting university accommodation I can say Land Estates is the most positive experience I’ve had so far and you can tell they really care about their customers.
