What a wonderful customer service I recieved from Lewis, he's such a great guy discharging his duties diligently.

Lewis has been a true professional and very proactive in his responds to my every query I sent. His support and integrity was second to none and he is a credit to Land Estates (Dartford). I will undoubtedly recommend Land Estate to friends, work colleagues and family members. Thank you all for helping us getting the place we want.

Even during difficult times with the coronavirus pandemic land estates have always kept me updated on where things were at. Lewis who was dealing with my property made everything seem easy and nothing was ever a problem. Great service overall and would highly recommend land estates to other renters.

If it was no star I would have chosen it!!!!
They made us come from meopham in dartford, for absolutely nothing.
They didn't even open the door properly in the flat.
Flat was absolutely a mess, and what we could see through the door was something awful.
They apologised saying that the tenant did not let them to see the flat before but the agent that was already there did not even bother to give us a call to let us know what is in there.
And then to top it up he said that everything will be refurbished!!!!!
That s not fair to us

Recently bought a house through Land Estates. Excellent service from start to finish. Donna and the rest of the staff are efficient and friendly and are happy to go the extra mile for their clients. As first time buyers no question was too trivial and was answered quickly and informatively. We will 100% be using Land Estates when listing/buying property in the future.

We were on the market with two companies, one of which was Land Estates. We were moving away from the area but this was not a problem to the people we met from Land Estates, as they had a good knowledge of different areas in the country and other agents who could help us. They helped a friend of ours to move house "well" as it is stressful time and she was on her own.
They gave us confidence after several years of trying to sell our own house. They took good pictures and kept us up to date with progress. The staff in the Dartford office were always friendly and helpful every time we contacted them, and gave us regular updates.
They were involved all throughout the process and gave us information and advice which really helped the advertising, selling and actual moving process.We would highly recommend this Estate Agent to anyone young or older wanting to move house.

Arranged a viewing at a property up for rent and was greeted by a guy called Lewis, he was very well turned out , friendly and knowledgeable, we liked the property and placed the holding deposit straight away. Over the few weeks whilst the references went through Lewis kept us upto date and advised us the best way to proceed and really went that extra mile, also Tamsin who said she was new to the agents was very helpful in getting forms sent out and always available to answer any questions I had. It just so happened me and my partner found Land Estates while we were looking for a property to rent online! I have been blown away by the professionalism and dedication of the whole team at land estates they’ve been nothing but utterly outstanding and professional every step of the way! Thanks to Lewis, in my particular, nevertheless his team who have been as equally as friendly but professional in their approach to guide me and my family into our new family home which we will always be grateful for! Excellent customer service. Very friendly team always happy to help and answer any questions. Helped me all the way with a difficult sale (due to the other parties involved) and kept chasing to make sure things were getting done. Would highly recommend.
