Land Estates is what we call the dream team! First proven a few years ago after taking over our house from another agency to rent out! The service provided to us as landlords was nothing but exceptional! The team responsible for looking after our property are worlds apart from another local agents who had previously managed our house!
Then this year the sales team once again were amazing with the sale of our house! Donna, unfortunately spoilt us with her impeccable service..... problem being that with purchase of our new property we now expect this level of service! 😉having bought and sold a house in South Africa and in recent months dealing with various agencies to buy a new property , it appears there is no agency local or in Cape Town who can compete with Land Estates, Dartford! Land Estates have been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process of the sale of my home! From the initial valuation, where I had the confidence that they were going to market my property and sell my home, right through to completion, I cannot express how fantastic the service has been!

They have truly taken the stress out of selling. The team are highly professional with the added bonus of also being friendly. They genuinely care that the transaction goes through for you and as smoothly as possible. Without Land Estates, I am not sure that mine and my daughters dreams would have come true so quickly. 8 weeks from start to finish for exchange, with completion the week after.

Land Estates and in particular Donna Harris are fantastic and helped us so much even with such a slow property market, we have moved and the whole process took 2-3 months !! We are so happy we went with Land Estates to sell our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would a 100% recommend Landsestate, I was dealing personally with a rogue tenant and then contacted land estate through a word of mouth from my sister in law, they took over dealing with tenant, they managed dealing with the tenant, the courts and even attended court hearings with me, kept me informed via email and calls, showed empathy for what I was going through, I can hands down say it was one of the most difficult time for me as a landlord and Landsestate was there all through, we are finally on the last hurdle of getting the most difficult tenant out and they are still working with me.
