Land Estates are absolutely FANTASTIC! I was in a desperate situation and needed to move into rented accommodation quickly. I found a flat I was interested in and called them. The first person I spoke to was Lewis, being ignorant of the procedure to rent a property I told him I needed to move in today. He politely explained that it wouldn’t be possible but Friday the same week would. This was on Tuesday, I viewed the property and it was just as Lewis said, really nice. I paid the holding deposit immediately, I was then called by another lovely lady called Kim who took a few details from me and reminded me what I needed to submit.

I submitted all the required documents the following day and by 3pm I had been approved! I was so happy! Everything has been finalised and just as Lewis said I will get the keys on Friday!

May I add that I am self employed and I have not yet submitted my full taxes, even though I earn very good money I was a little concerned. But since I was able to prove my income it wasn’t a problem.

I am very grateful to Lewis and Kim for their professionalism, honesty and willingness to help. Even though the process was short they kept in contact with me the entire time to inform me of what was going on, and I really appreciated that because only God knows how nervous I was!

Thanks to Land Estates, I can finally move on with my life again in a beautiful flat in a lovely area. I highly recommend this company! Thanks again to Lewis and Kim I wish them many blessings!

All the staff at Land Estates, in Dartford, Kent, are professional and helpful. The head of sales, Donna, is very approachable and works hard for her clients. Due to circumstances beyond her control, my sale did encounter some problems on the way but Donna helped and supported me in getting the problems resolved.
Should I ever move again I would use Land Estates.
