The service from Land Estates was brilliant from the very beginning. Ali came round and was very friendly and gave an honest view on strategy, valuation, and timings. From there on we had viewings within the first 2 weeks and had an offer close to our asking price. Help with negotiations were helpful and we managed to agree on a price fairly quickly. Donna was constantly in contact from there on to give us updates and help us through the sale process. Despite us having a quite difficult buyer, Donna managed to keep a lot of the stress away from us and kept us informed throughout the process. I would happily recommend Land Estates to anyone in the area looking to sell their property and I will look to use them again if I'm selling.

Smooth, streamline, stress free service. Cannot recommend Land Estates any higher. I’ve dealt with numerous members of staff who were all equally friendly and helpful. Hands down the easiest move I’ve made.

I actually found Land estates by chance, I was actually on my way to one of their competitors when I came across them on the high street. They where excellent throughout the entire process. Lewis the consultant dealing with my property search was really great, even when I had some slight delays with some of my paperwork he really showed some empathy. The entire team have been great and I hope to do more business with them in the future.
PS: Their office in Dartford also have a nice homely feel about it.

Donna Harris really went the extra mile to ensure that the sale of our house went smoothly. She cares a great deal about the sale and her clients and she made sure that we were informed about what was happening at each step to completion. I would highly recommend the sales team at Land Estates.

From the start to the end of the sale process, it has been a pleasure to work with Land Estates. The marketing of the property was excellent and a lot of interest was generated by the Open Day viewings. I also had a lot of help from the team to clear and repair the property prior to the sale, which I think went well above and beyond the call of duty! I want to mention and thank Donna Harris in particular, whose planning, negotiation with buyers and regular liaison with the conveyancing teams on both sides of the sale was so efficient that the sale completed faster than I had expected. I could not be happier with the outcome and will not hesitate to approach Land Estates when I will eventually return to the Dartford area.

From our initial Searching to Moving in Lewis was a great showcase of just how professional and helpful Land Estates are. The emotions and stress of moving was non existence when dealing with the team. I cannot recommend Lewis highly enough answering messages out of hours to help make the transition smooth.
