It has been over a month and just like the others;
NO INFORMATION.
NO REPLY TO ANY EMAIL.
NO PRODUCT ARRIVED.

Any good reviews are FAKE … just like the company is FAKE!! I did however get the product but I can’t return for refund… I’ve tried several emails and even the phone number… NOTHING! All fake!!!

This company is suspicious and shady. Great photography of clothing items, but quality is filmsy, poor quality and cheap polyester. I ordered a dress on March 10th, but cancelled order on March 11th and received order on March 31st with no receipt or invoice. They list a return address as a warehouse in LA, but admonish you not to return the item to the warehouse in LA. They don't tell you where to return the item. Items on web page are all cheap polyester and they used a good photographer to make the clothes look high-quality. If you are fan of beautifully photographed cheap polyester then shop here.

I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE making a purchase. This web site is a scam. I guarantee you the only positive reviews are from employees or paid reviewers. I ordered a dress on October 6th. It’s now November 21st and no dress. The tracking hasn’t even moved! But they have my money. That went through. Which I will be disputing with my bank now since the company hasn’t responded to my emails. They are criminals and should be in jail. By the way, I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review in my life. But I really don’t like the feeling of being stolen from.

This whole company is a scam! I originally saw this dress on Pinterest and thought it was so cute. I was close to free shipping so I also ordered a denim jacket. After about 5 weeks of waiting I still didn’t receive my order. I emailed them and was told that the jacket was out of stock but they had the dress and it would be shipped out that day. I thought it was kind of weird that I had to email them in order for them to ship my order and to tell me that the jacket was out of stock. They said they would issue a refund for the jacket and I would get the dress in the coming days. I placed my order on June 3, and it is now July 12. I haven’t gotten my refund or the dress. DO NOT order from this company.

I bought overalls from them and it took weeks to actually receive them. Of course, they did not fit and I tried to return them. I made sure the return policy was correct for my item and it was. I emailed the return email given and it was nonexistent. I did the support email and they replied and told me that it is expensive to return and lengthy. I’ve never had a customer service tell me this. I asked why there is a return policy if it is so lengthy and expensive. They couldn’t give me an answer on that one and they wouldn’t take the item back.
Just don’t buy from this company. Save yourself the headache.

Absolute scam. Placed an order 6 weeks ago and the status hasn't moved from "confirmed". When I've treid to email them to follow up on this order it says my email has been blocked. They have my money and I have no product! DO NOT order from them!

I would rate this company with no stars if allowed. I had the worst experience with them. They are a total scam company. Do NOT buy from them. They use pictures of models from the internet and then attempt to make a much cheaper version of the clothing for orders. The clothes I received were way to large and made of very poor quality material. I would NEVER wear these clothes out in public. They were all basically see through. The company wouldn't accept my returns. They wouldn't even give me an address to ship them back to. They kept offering me 10% to 30% back on my order. It took me 2.5 months to dispute my order with my credit card. Save your money and do NOT buy from this company.

This is a Chinese company and the quality of the fabric is one thread higher than felt or 2-ply toilet paper! This is also so mis-sized that even sizing 1 or 2 up wouldn't even be American sizes!

This company is a scam. I ordered a “shirt jacket” that I thought was really perfect for fall. The order took 4 weeks to come in. I had to email twice because all the tracking information that they gave me was not real. They would only send screen shots of the “tracking information” and would not give me the actual tracking number (despite me asking 3x. Once the jacket finally came in, the quality was terrible. The material is scratchy and see through, it’s extremely thin for what they are calling a jacket, loose threads all over. Not worth your time or money at all.

Going on FOUR weeks now that I placed my order and only response I get I literally is “wait a few more days” ridiculous doesn’t even cut it. I ordered my skirt a month ahead of my wedding invitation pictures AND purchased 3-5 day shipping and it’s been 4 weeks. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for atleast an update at the bare minimum for tracking bc it just shows still in California ( I live in Tx) and got pushed to the point on just asking for a refund twice now and my request gets ignored and only response I get is “wait a few more days”. Just terrible

Great experience I order 3 flannel shirts and they are gorgeous. I read the reviews and I saw some pros and cons. It turned out great for me it arrived in six days. Love my purchase. I will definitely order again.

Do not order from landing closet! I ordered a sweater and never even got a tracking number since obviously this company is a complete scam operation. Did not get a single response to my email. Tried to call the number, total fake number! Please save your money! I am so upset!
- I have now received a legitimate tracking number, but since this company is based out of China, paying for expedited shipping was a total waste of my money. I still will not be receiving my item for another week, so almost 4 weeks since my order was placed, not 3-5 days like the expedited shipping suggested. I still would not waste your money on this site.
I received my sweater after 3 weeks! My sweater is good quality, I do really like it! Getting lots of compliments. But I still struggle with the fact that returns are pretty much not possible if you don't like what you get. And the wait time is long. So if you don't mind those 2 things, then the quality of the clothing is good.
So ultimately your choice if you want to risk the sizing being right.

I received a dress that was cut *very* differently than the picture - the v-neck was cut so wide that it did not cover my chest at all. I contacted customer service to see if I could return the dress and this was their reply:

"A return is very expensive and it will take a long time for us to receive it
We could offer you a partial refund of 15% as compensation if you can keep it without returning."

I find this unacceptable and will not be shopping here again.

Dont buy they aren't based in U.S , its a chinese company. Bad quality and seller doesn't respond.

Describing the dress I bought in one word - ''stellar". I should have selected a faster shipping as it didn't arrive on time for the wedding intended for but will keep it for my next occasion

Bought a green jacket from them and received tons of compliments on it. I've seen other interesting stuffs on their site and will definitely check them out subsequently

This website is a scam. I ordered a dress from them that was supposed to arrive in 8-12 days. After two weeks, it still was not marked as shipped so I emailed them to cancel the order (the event I ordered the dress for was over at that point). 2 or 3 days later the dress arrived and the company emailed me back stating that it had been delivered and they would give me 15% of my money back. The dress was made of extremely cheap, costume-like material and had a horrible smell. I replied that no, I wanted all of my money back and would return the dress. After another couple days, they answered that the dress must be shipped to China (although the return address is California), and shipping would be expensive for me. They also mentioned what a huge loss it would be for them, but they would give me 25% back. Finally they sent me an incomplete address to return it to. It's been a couple days and they haven't answered my requests for the rest of the address. The conversation about a simple return has been going on for about 10 days.. They do not truly accept returns. They try to make it so difficult that you keep the trash product. Do not shop here.
