Shocking customer service. They sent the wrong size item (jacket) than I ordered, and then firstly tried to make me pay for my own replacement ("too costly to replace this so we'll offer you 10% off the correct size item....") and then they just started ignoring me when I said I wasn't going to pay again for the item I actually ordered in the first place. They won't refund me nor send the actual item I ordered. Disgusting .

I have ordered a dress for my cousin's wedding and it came even before expected, even more beautiful than in photo, for excellent price!

Not worth it. Terrible customer service
They never responded to any of my emails, shipment took more than estimated time listed online.
Quality is not great either. Needed to return the shipment and never heard back from them.

UPDATED 8/30/2021: They lied repeatedly, saying they issued a refund which I still haven't received. Details below.

SHORT VERSION: Don't like it? You're out of luck. You have to return it to Shanghai (too expensive to bother with). That said, you might get lucky and like what you bought. The whole thing is a crapshoot. Details below.

July 12: I order two dresses for a total of $62.58. I’m supposed to receive them within 4-8 business days.

July 21: Nine days later, I try to track my order with the USPS tracking order they gave. USPS website does not recognize the number. I email them.

July 22: They respond. “Your parcel has arrived in the U.S…. more information in the link below.” There is no link. However, there is data which looks like tracking information. But it could have easily been typed out.

July 22: I respond, saying they are a scam.

July 22: I report them to AMEX and open a dispute.

July 26: I receive the dresses. The more expensive one is AWFUL. The material was like a child's Halloween costume. It was a sack. Impossible to gues this from the photo. The cheaper one is GREAT. Nice material, hangs well, very pleased. I write them to return one dress and get a refund.

July 28: “Return is very expensive and you have to pay shipping… keep it and we give partial refund of 20%”.

July 29: I respond: “I will pay to ship to your U.S. warehouse in California and you give me a full refund.”

July 30: They respond: “We can refund fully if you send to Shanghai. Otherwise, we give you 30%.”

July 30: I respond saying I’m disappointed and will never buy from them again.

July 31: They say a partial refund of 30% has already been made.

August 1: (knowing that wasn't true) I suggest that instead of a refund, they send me the dress I liked in another color. It's much less expensive and financially works out roughly the same for them.

Aug 3: 1) They say sorry, already issued refund. [THIS WAS A LIE] 2) They claim the dress I wanted is unavailable. [ANOTHER LIE] 3) They offer me 50% off on my next purchase! (as if I would ever buy from then again). [USELESS]

I ordered a halter dress and received it today. I emailed after a week of waiting and got a response fairly quickly. It came a few days later. I dont understand the bad reviews. My dress is great. I would say to order up a size or 2 but other than that, I am very happy!

I’d give zero stars if I could and wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. Same as others, ordered and never got a tracking number or my product. When I posted this comment on the Facebook ad, they blocked me. Good thing I paid with PayPal, or I wouldn’t have gotten a dime back!

I'm absolutely in love with my new dress, it is just amazing! The size fits exactly as the size chart says. The shipment was fast and I received it as expected.

I ordered and never received my order. No tracking info has been given, I messaged them and they said that my order was on its way from China? I thought the warehouse was in California? I would give them 0 stars if I could, Scammers

SCAM! Do not order from this company , they say their a California based company and they are not! They are in China ,They take your money and never ship the product!!

Order from another site. This thrifty company kept my money. Didn’t refund me anything when I advised I did not receive the item. I also paid extra for 4 day shipping as well. This company is a joke. You can’t even call a customer service line and get help. They give you access to an email and barley reply. I sent my request for my money back over 3 weeks ago, and they told me to check with a neighbor to see if they have it. Once I told them it’s NOT THERE OR HERE they ignored me. Stay far away from this company!

Wish I could give no star ... extremely bad service ... Size didn’t fit and they don’t entertain exchange or refund ... been 6 months and they keep telling me refund has been processed and next minute they say there was technical error ... buy from a reputable company who you can trust and so can be a hassle free shopping

I am very pleased with my shopping experience with Landing Closet. Quality of product is good and the size is very accurate.

I order three outfits from this site, paid the extra shipping to get my order in 3-6 business days. It’s been over two weeks and still haven’t received my order. Sent multiple emails with no response. I’m currently trying to cancel my order and get my money back. This site is a scam!! Wish I would have read more of the reviews before I ordered!

I wish I could leave less than a 1 star review. I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered a dress that I received and the quality was terrible. I have been attempting to contact customer service for over a month now, and not only have they not been accommodating, they have stopped replying all together without solving the issue at all. The website advertises returns; however, that is not the case. I will never be shopping from Landing Closet and I would not recommend to anyone.

Thought the company was based in the US but it is in China. I did receive my dress by it is low-quality material and completely sheer. The returns email does not work but I was able to communicate with a customer service email.... they offered me a 10% refund to keep the dress and not return it.... after I hounded them multiple times via email.
