My phone calls were answered and if I needed to leave a message, the call was promptly returned. The pre-approval process was explained, and the approximate timeframe it would take for full approval. All questions I asked were answered, the person I was dealing with was always very polite and respectful.

Catherine was amazing, she was helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. She guided me through the process which at first I thought would be daunting but to my surprise it wasn't. I was informed all the way through with regular phone calls and emails. Great experience.

Thanks to Land Lease Home Loans, I have moved into my new home which is close to family.
Originally, I didn't quite have enough savings to buy my home and has not been able to secure a relatively small loan to buy my home outright. I was not approved by banks and other lending businesses because of my age although I was still working. I felt very disillusioned until LLHL entered into the mix.

Communication with Catherine was excellent and she explained the procedures associated with the loan application so that it made sense.
