I dealt with Catherine and she was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and very fast. I got my pre-approval in very fast time and she contacted where I was buying my property direct to let them know I was pre-approved so we could go ahead with the house purchase. It is a fantastic new service especially for people like me, pre-access to superannuation, but wanting to go into a land lease situation and not quite enough money from the sale of my house. I highly recommend for people who want to go into a land lease village, but don't quite have enough funds.

Catherine was extremely pleasant and helpful from the first contact and made the experience much less daunting than I was anticipating. The process was flexible and I was very happy with the outcome.

On selling my house l was at a loss l did not know what to do and became very stressed as my current mortgage holder would not lend any finance because of
the Ingenia Life Style arrangement where they own the land and the purchaser owns the house. l found this quite unrealistic as they were not looking at the bigger picture and appeared to be stuck in a box and not looking outside the square.
