Initial hiccup over the appointment no one turned up, but the office were helpful amd rearranged another visit asap. The electrician was professional and did a good job. Good value for money. Things do go wrong but I believe its always worth giving them a chance to rectify the mistake. I have used them in the past and they have been reliable.

Good communication, punctual, did the job well

The service was efficient and helpful. Everything you need when getting all in line for a new tenant and making sure your property is all set to be legally tenanted. I will be using this service when it comes time for next certificate renewals.

I’ve used Landlord Certificates a few times, because they’re efficient & well priced. Recently I needed a gas safety certificate & boiler service. Gokulan (the engineer) called me ahead of the appointment (as I wasn’t on site) to give me notice of his eta. He was professional, friendly & did a thorough job. Highly recommend.

I wish one could provide zero stars! I'd booked a gas service + CP12 and the booking was cancelled at the last minute and requested for re-schedule twice already now, with no guarantee they will honour the booking the third time.
Stay away from this business, they don't take your custom seriously!
