Incomplete and overpriced
If there was a zero star I would’ve given that. Absolute rubbish, incomplete plans and overpriced.
Go to the government website to save…
Go to the government website to save yourself a bunch of money. An error on my part that I will never repeat.
This company are charging way more than the £3 per deed on gov.uk
Don’t use - go to gov’t website instead
Made mistake of not doing research before buying. In hurry & assumed it was official Gov’t website.
Provided wrong & incomplete information. Massively overpriced for service.
Use Gov’t website instead. AVOID
Paid and heard nothing
Paid and heard nothing. Emailed and heard nothing. Daylight robbery.
Paid for an official title and got nothing!
I paid £17.94 for an official title register on 5th May 2024 and I still haven't received it on 30th May 2024. I've emailed 3 times but noone has replied.
This makes me suspect its a scam company.
(Receipt number 1674-9227.)
Check government site first
Complete rip off. You can get the same documents that they want £24.95 plus VAT for from the .gov.uk website for £6 (£3 each). Like many people, I stupidly clicked on the first result that came up on Google rather than looking further. Lesson learnt.
In their defense, I messaged requesting a refund and they responded within minutes confirming that they'd issued one, however it will take 10 working days.
Cowboys
Do not use these cowboys! Go to the government website where they are available at £3.00 per document.
I was also charged twice and have been informed that I will receive a refund. This practice has been mentioned on here previously 🤔
Absolute rip off

Do not use
I ordered a detailed plan and received no such thing!
Scammers
Just don't?
Well, I suspect my journey is not done - had no email or anything confirming a purchase, I have sent a message within 24 hours to cancel the order, bu no links worked, and the documents they can provide would cost £6. I already own these documents. I think I am annoyed because I was not looking for this company - I put in Land Registry - I thought that was who I was working with. I have had nothing, and I will likely get nothing if these other reviews are anything to go by - but I spent considerable time with the bank describing the scenario. Hopefully there will be ways to take the misleading information on the site off - I will contact the Ombudsman in the first instance, and Land registry themselves so they are aware of how the system is being used.
Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. Paid for deeds that show responsibility "T" markings etc. Got sent an inaccurate and generic outline of my property and thats it. No response to any emails. No chance of money back (although I will report to my bank as online fraud)
Do Not Use
Do Not Use
I paid on the 1st March no documents received.
I requested refund under distance selling because of none delivery.
No response no acknowledgment.
It’s either a scam or poor service either way after reading other reviews there is a similar theme.
Don’t waste your money use official Gov site!
Paid for a register title deed 5 weeks…
Paid for a register title deed 5 weeks ago.
3 emails sent to theme. No response.
Wish I'd looked at reviews before paying them.
Do not use these people.
I have been done
This company claim to supply Title Plans showing "Maintenance responsibilities for boundary structures (e.g. fences and walls), restrictive covenants and easements (e.g. rights of way and parking rights) are indicated on the Title Plan by coloured markings and T-markings." but the plans do not show to that detail so completely pointless. They also charge far more than if you bought from the correct HM Gov website. I am guessing from other reviews that I am unlikely to receive a response to my email or my money back. I have been done ggggrrrrr
Dishonest Company
Beware of this site. I paid £40 for a Conveyancing Pack and was never sent the document. I have sent out several emails and they have not replied.
They are scamming customers with receiving funds and not sending out the documents.
Beware - It's a SCAM
Beware. The site is a scam. I paid £30 for title deeds and plans and never received anything. I wish I had checked reviews before using their website.
absolute rip off charging £17 for…
absolute rip off charging £17 for something you only have to pay £3 for on the governments own website, documents supplied are EXACTLY the same as the government supplied ones for £3, absolute scam
SCAM PLEASE DONT USE
I wish I’d read the reviews before I paid.
Nothing received at all and my email’s ignored.
Please don’t use
I too have now fallen victim to these…
I too have now fallen victim to these robbing thieves!
No telephone number, emails ignored and information provided useless.
These thieves should be taken down and prosecuted for fraudulent advice/service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I am very happy with their service
I came across Land Registry Searches as I was looking for a copy of deed and decided to give it a go. I admit I did not check the references on Trustpilot before doing so and would probably not have ordered the documents from them if I had.
But I am pleased for this error. Following a late night order on a Friday before Christmas night I was not a little surprised to find the requested documents in my Inbox by Saturday lunchtime.
I understand that a lot of people are having issues, but I felt I should put forward my experience because I cannot fault this company.
Be warned this company is a scam…
Be warned this company is a scam and will take your money without any further communication and will fail to deliver any of their advertised services.
I have reported them to their website domain registrar as this is clear violation of policy. Additionally I have raised a charge back with the credit card company who will seek to reclaim monies sent to this fraudulent company.
UPDATE: Credit card company has returned the monies owed by this fraudulent company. Please don't fall victim to them.
