DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company appears to be an outright scam. Where it says "terms and conditions" there are none.
It also says if you have not received it in the specified time scale, check junk and spam folders. There is no specified timescale mentioned anywhere.
The e mail addess on the receipt is just a series of nonsensical letters and numbers
Exactly the same as other reviewers
Exactly the same as other reviewers. Placed an order for a search plus documents. Nothing received although they took my money. Tried to send an email to their advertised email address and received a reply “this is not a recognised email address, send message anyway?” Shocking that they are still trading!!!! Will report to the Trading standards, the police and other agencies. They need to be taken to court!!!!
Update: they are now allegedly going to refund my money. Let’s see.
Why would they need to do that if they’re a legit company? Why not just provide the paperwork I paid for???
Absolutely dreadful ⭐️ SCAM⭐️
Absolutely dreadful! Didn’t receive anything. Just wish I had read these reviews first. SCAM
Shocking service…
Like a lot of other customers I thought I was on the official land registry website! Despite several emails I received no reference number so have no way of tracking my order, will access refund from my bank & inform trading standards. Shocking service stay clear of this company.
blood suckers and leeches
I am afraid companies like this are blood suckers.
it preys on my lack of attention and being in a hurry
search for H M Land Registry and buy from there. What would have cost me £6 ...I paid £30 .... more fool me
Con job. 93% 1 star
The website masquerades as the Land Registry. I needed to check the title of my parents house. They have recently died and we need to sell to pay off care home debts. I needed detailss of any charges on the property. The website charged £29.95 but no email receipt came through as promised after payment. Then checked contact details and none are provided. Suspicions raised and realised I had been duped. Not what you need when going through the grieving process of losing dear parents. Now cancelled credit cards for fear of further exposure to this company and disputing payment with credit card company. Official Land Registry site provides what I need for £3
Correct document received
We received our lease documentation exactly as detailed on the purchase page. Thank you very much
Total Scam
Total Scam, they are charging you £17 for a search you can do yourself for £3 at the land registry. I cancelled my order as soon as i realised it was a scam which was immediately after placing the order and was told i would have to wait. They ignored my emails, took my money and run. Also PayPal are as much to blame for allowing scammers like this to take payments.

Reply from Landregistrysearches
Paid 29.49 and got nothing.
It's a scam
It's a scam, I made the same mistake as others, got charged even though the property is not registered.
Avoid like the Plague
Paid for a deed register yesterday and have not received anything, not even the email to confirm my order. When you try to call the line goes dead. Will try and get my money back through paypal. I too wish I had read these reviews before placing this order.

Made a request about a week ago and have received nothing. Tried emailing and phoning you just can contact them since they don't acknowledge emails or answer the phone. All they seem to do is take your money via Paypal. Will be trying for a refund! Beware!

Yep made the same mistake as the majority of all the other reviewers!
Avoid this site go to the official land registry site and pay a fraction of the cost this lot charge! Land Registry have sent them legal letters but struggling to close them down. Don't waste your money..........
Avoid - this appears to be a scam
I placed an order a month ago, and received only an automated reply. After a week I sent an email requesting update on the order and got no reply. Calling their phone number just connects you to a message directing you to email them for a response or leave a voice message. I got no reply to the voice message either. Subsequent emails have also not been replied to. I will be attempting to recover my money. Like others I mistakenly believed I was on the official Land registry site.. ensure you are on that - it is free to search and ordered documents are a lot cheaper!
It’s a scam
Wish I had read all of these reviews. I paid £30 and have received nothing, despite their promise of delivering documents via email in 1 hour. I will now endeavour to get a refund from PayPal, and report to relevant body. Like many on here I also thought I was on Land Registry website, lesson learned !
Scam company
Scam company I thought I was on the land registry site. They took my money and forwarded nothing despite numerous emails to them. To be avoided at all costs.
SCAM WEBSITE
SCAM WEBSITE. Do not waste your time and money. No communication and no service. I would give zero star if I could.
Absolute rubbish you pay and get NO SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION
I can only say as I find........absolute rubbish. NO service and NO communication
Made an order, paid and no reply not even a confirmation of the order.
I left it about a week and still nothing. I then made a complaint to them via their e-mail system.....about another week and nothing. Eventually made a complaint via PAYPAL resolution centre and full refund made by PAYPAL.
Also do not mistake this for the real Land Registry site...it is NOT.
Complete scam.
Foolishly thought I was on the Land…
Foolishly thought I was on the Land Registry website. Too late realised I wasn't and requested refund from Paypal (nothing had been received). Also emailed the website and threatened to go to the You and Yours BBC consumer programme. Received an almost immediate refund. I will be more savvy next time, there are lots of sites like this that charge lots of money for something that's much cheaper from the genuine website - £3 instead of £14.95 in this case.
