Customer Service As It Should Be

I wish all companies offered the same high level of service as Rockar do.

I live in Bournemouth and brought my used Range Rover from them remotely and solely based on videos and photos. I was slightly dubious but I had no need to be. They delivered my car with a full tank and it looked as good as new. The attention to detail was amazing and since I brought the car they have gone above and beyond the level of service needed several times.

Honestly, no matter where you are in the country, buy a car from these guys. They won't be beaten, I can assure you! Thanks

Very bad, no updates, I need to call for an update. No dates given ever. Very bad service, prices go up without car being even delivered to me.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, easy process purchasing online, left us really excited to receive our New Evoque. Unfortunately after delivery Rockar true customer service (lack of it) started to appear. Vehicle was delivered with defects, obviously never been checked with Land Rovers 165 Checks! Drivers Seat was broken, one key is unusable, now we have a coolant leak. Eventually after many emails and phone calls the drivers seat was fixed at our local dealership, but we was kept waiting for over two hours before Rockar would authorise payment - even though I had emails instructing us to take it in and they would pay - they denied this on the phone and told us we had to give them an invoice and they would pay 24hrs later!
Now we have a very expensive car sat on teh drive with a coolant leak that we cannot get fixed for over 3 weeks - Rockar say they'll phone back and don't.
My advise would be to avoid at all costs! buy elsewhere. as when it goes wrong they have your money and don't care.
We will be starting the procedure to reject and return the car due to lack of customer service and problems in the first 30 days of ownership.

Mostly excellent with one disappointment

Smooth online buying process with an excellent customer portal via which you upload information - if only others were this good. The car was immaculately presented, came with a full tank and the delivery and handover process was exemplary. BUT, the car was delivered without a charging cable - a schoolboy error, and one which really took the shine off.

There was a bit of a hiccup with the finance but Amy sorted it all for us. Great customer service. I couldn’t fault the process at all. Great experience buying online.

Above and Beyond

The team went above and beyond with helping me purchase my new car. Pauline and Holly took their time to explain the various models of cars and were very knowledgeable and helpful with me choosing my ideal model.
