£130 to tell me we have no fences. no plan of boundaries or anything. A complete farcical rip off

Update . landsearches.co.uk would like a little more information regarding my review...Ha..I would have liked a bit more information too for £130!!

Update. from what I can gather this company has now lodged a dispute with trustpilot claiming I have never done business with them in order to get the review removed. I have just submitted the email order from landsearches.co.uk and proof of payment.

Land searches.co.uk assisted me in acquiring information on property sale date, ownership, purchase price and mortgage providers over a period of some months, not their fault but that of the Scottish registration system and delays due to Covid-19. Kept me up to date all the time and were extremely competent and professional. Highly recommend 👍

I needed specific boundary information and after messaging them found that the boundary report would be what I needed. Whilst I was asked to allow 7 days the results were emailed back within a few hours, showing me exactly what I needed.

I needed to get hold of the title Deeds for my home as my solicitor was no longer practising. I initially sent an enquiry to Land Search and after paying my fee..... everything went like clockwork and came straight through for me to download & by post which I chose as back up. Very efficient and quick responses to queries

team helped greatly, did what they said they would do and when the information was not readily available they looked elsewhere to find the information for me. Then when the download would not comply they sent the information in a different format, they did not stop until I had the information.
this was particularly important to me as it was late Friday afternoon and I needed the information before close of business. I would certainly recommend this service. Unfortunately my only disappointment is that I do not know the name of the person who helped me, it would have been nice to say thank you to that specific person.
