Terrible service, sent me out of date document, customer service non existent...don't waste you money with this lot.

Please do not confuse other sites with landsearches.co.uk who may have taken money and not sent the documents . I have received all the documents eventually however it has cost me more money than I anticipated, you need to be clear down to the exact detail what you are requesting, so if you are requesting documents please be very specific what you want. In hindsight I would email them in advance to be clear and saved myself some money. That said I now have the document I needed so they are a genuine site as I went through the .GOV website to find them.

I am a pensioner and they have taken my money and a week later have received nothing. Utterly disgusted.

I suspect like most of the people leaving reviews on here, I mistakenly thought I was purchasing from the official website, so the reality is I purchased from them in error.
I paid £41 for and received some official copy pdf's, they did deliver what I ordered quickly and efficiently, however, if I had purchased them from where I believed I was purchasing them from I could have paid £7.

I think it's worth pointing out that Landsearches have been very proactive in trying to get my review removed from here, you can perhaps draw your own conclusions from that.

They have tried twice so far, first time it was removed as they denied I had placed an order with them, I have now provided evidence of my order and my review was reinstated.

Then after it was reinstated they requested it was removed because it contained "promotional links to other companies", namely the official, (now not to be named website), where you can purchase what I bought from them for appropriately 20% of their price.

The fact that I erroneously placed my order with them as I thought it was official site and that I paid considerably more than I needed to complies to the Trustpilot guidelines as it is "directly related to my buying or service experience".

AVOID! This isn't the official government site. They will charge you for a title search that you can get much cheaper from the official land registry website. Beware also, they will add 'VAT' to the fee you think you will be charged, though there's no evidence that this is a UK registered company (see below) or that the VAT charge is genuine. The first 'search' they sent me was unreadable gobbledygook. I only got a readable PDF after complaining (to be fair, sent the same day). You can register a query/complaint online but it's hard to navigate their website to do it. If you are still stuck, hard luck! They don't provide a phone number, email address or physical address for communication. (There's a company with a similar name that can be found via Companies House online search, but after contacting this company I was assured it has no connection with 'Landsearches.co.uk'.)
