Great experience using Landview. Was recommended by our Estate Agent and had no doubt they would do a great job. Very efficient and quick to respond. From contacting the office to the survey being carried out was a matter of days (over the Xmas period which I know can be challenging) Very happy with our report and the in depth detail that was taken. Would recommend and 100% use their service again!

I found Landview online, and reached out to get more info for homebuyer reports. Their staff is proactive and helpful, the information provided to me was clear and easy to follow. They communicated the timeline for carrying out and providing the report very clearly. The report was professional and detailed. No hidden costs. They delivered the peace of mind as promised! Absolutely recommend!

The survey was top notch, was very detailed and once the survey was done i got the report back pretty quickly. More inportantly it saved me buying a house that had issues that I did not want to deal with. In the long run the report saved me £1000's

Great service and communication from the start! Michelle was our initial point of contact who provided us with initial information and got our surveyor booked in. She was helpful and lovely. Gareth completed our level 2 home buyer survey. He updated me once he completed the searches and informed me a timescale of when the report would be completed. Report was complete in less than two days. Extremely detailed report and he was available for us to discuss findings over the phone and via email. Good value you for money, couldn’t have asked for more! 5 stars would highly recommend.

I’m writing this review before my survey has actually even taken place just because of how incredible this team have been so far. Olivia has been so kind and helpful right from the very beginning of the process, she has kept me up to date constantly, reassured me if I’ve had any worries and has gone above and beyond what I expected when I booked my survey in. They are priced so fairly considering how quick and efficient they are and despite the survey not going ahead when originally planned (not through any fault of the surveyors), I have had absolutely no stress or worries purely because of how well Olivia has communicated with me throughout. I will update once the survey has been completed but so far, I couldn’t be happier that I chose this team for my survey.

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. Ashok, our surveyor, carried out a comprehensive Level 2 Home Survey that clearly highlighted the key issues with the property we are in the process of purchasing. We received the detailed report within a few working days, followed by a 30-minute call with Ashok, who walked my wife and me through the findings in depth. He addressed technical questions we were unfamiliar with and offered helpful guidance on the next steps.

Ashok was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend undertaking a Level 2 Home Survey and would strongly recommend Landview Surveyors for their professionalism and expertise.
