I visited Lane Southern Orchard yesterday and purchased several items including peach turnovers to have with my coffee. So awful from the first bite, I had to spit it out. A pasty, nasty mess. Ugh!
I have stopped at Lane Southern Orchards in Fort Valley, Georgia several times while traveling from Nashville, TN to locations in Florida. On June 16th I stopped and purchased a basket of peaches (20.00) and a special gift of Peach Pecans (19.00) for my wife. Got home and as my wife opened she found bugs/spider web with a web spun around the pecans. I contacted Lane Southern Orchards about what I found and got no response whatsoever. Not an apology, refund or promise of a free replacement, not a single word. I will NOT be stopping there again.
