I have been a client with St James’ Place since 2013. My consultant always acknowledges my telephone calls and emails quickly, and comes to see me each year for an annual review.

A meeting with an advisor was arranged and it was clear from the start I was going to get the help and advice I was looking for. Lansdown place have been excellent giving support and advice for my finances. Communication is very good, either by phone, text, email or in person, you always get a quick reply. I find the yearly review quite helpful and always find Lansdown work to a high standard. It's very reassuring having your own personal account manager whom you can contact at any time and they are always helpful and friendly. The financial information given is explained clearly and any recommendations are catered to your personal situation and its comforting to know your money is being looked after. You are able to view your current situation online and receive updated statements in the post if required. All in all a great experience.

It's the face to face contact with continuity of a single advisor that makes the service work well. My advisor listens actively, remembers stuff from the previous visit and follows through on actions. All this helps to create trust.
