1- star product

Since I don't seem to be able to reply to Lanveza's comment on my previous review, I will give it another 1-star rating because the product didn't work. After 12 weeks of using the product as stated, I saw no results and my hair is still growing just as it was. Plus I wasn't able to return the device and they haven't offered me any replacement.

Awesome Customer Service and Great Product!

I bought mine back in September and have been seeing great results! I have darker skin so I've had to use it longer than the 12 weeks. My hair isn't completely gone yet but most areas are hair free and the overall hair growth thas slown down tremendously so I don't have to shave every day anymore (usually just once a week). Unfortuntely the device wasn't working after 4 months. I contacted support and sent in some videos and they were super great and have sent a new one! great customer service! thanks Lanveza!

Cheap products & false advertising, SCAM!

I truly believe that this company is a scam site they charge an insane price for really really cheap quality product and claim they have a 100% risk-free return process worry-free return process and that is just not true at all. I purchased one of their hair removal devices it took forever to get to me when I did get it it did not work at all it was very cheap plastic. I contacted their customer service and they requested I send them multiple videos proving that the product did not work that entailed me showing me plugging the product into multiple outlets in my house proving that I had power and that the outlets were working properly so I showed the lamp turning on and off plugging the product in and out and that the product wasn't turning on. It was a total hassle going back and forth with them all the time trying to make sure I got the videos in the just right amount size to be able to email it to them and should be able to show everything that they needed. Just so you know if you did get a working product and you wanted to return it you can't you have to show that over time using the product over weeks and weeks of use isn't giving the desired result in their opinion not yours but theirs. So eventually they did send me a new one but it conveniently got lost in the mail so it took forever I contacted them and was like where is my replacement I wanted a refund actually at this point not a replacement they refused so they sent another one it's about 4 or 5 months later just got a new one still a crappy product. Do your research when you buy from companies like Lanveza super shady.

I can see that your first package was delivered on 11/02/2021 which took about 25 days upon shipment.
Please note this time frame is just correct according to the Covid-19 delay notice we have on our website (https://lanveza.com/pages/shipping-details/).

Once we received your email about a defective product, we asked you to send us only one video as per our Warranty policy. We received the video and shipped you a replacement the next day, it was 11/06/2021. Unfortunately, the replacement was lost in transit which is beyond our control.

So we sent you another replacement via express shipping after we received an email from you stating that you hadn’t received the first replacement. The second replacement was delivered in 7 days.

If you check the tracking numbers for both replacements, you will be able to see that both of them were delivered, and we didn’t ask you to return the extra device back.

I am very sorry about the delays and I would like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
