Very efficient service with a very helpful postwoman

This shipping company is terrible in every sense of the word. I've been waiting for my order to be delivered for days, and every time it's an excuse.

Colissimo parcels are never delivered on the day indicated in the email, like NEVER. Why send these emails if you are 100% incapable of delivering when you say you will?

Service impeccable

package was severely damaged on the outside and of course the object - a ceramic bust - was broken

Collismo said they delivered my parcel on the 11th March....they also sent letter to shipping agent stating parcel delivered.... on the 16th March when challenged that my parcel had not been delivered collismo state that my parcel could not be delivered due to incomplete address.
So why state it had and then not !?!?
Poor service and why lie ???.
This is not the the first time this company has messed up my delivery..

I have chosen a withdrawal point, and it was delivered one day later at a different one, without asking.
I consider this rather unacceptable

Friendly deliveries, no issues so far

Small international packet from France to the UK with over 20 days and no tracking updates. The status has been stuck on “in transit through logistics platforms” since 14 February.

Attempts to contact La Poste through Messenger and email have received no response. Messages appear to be read but not answered.

Absolutely no information or updates on what is happening internally. No way to get any information out of them at all.

Meanwhile I’ve had parcels from Asia arrive in days while this shipment from France shows no progress. Extremely poor tracking transparency and customer support.

At this point I don’t even know if the parcel is lost. I would appreciate someone at La Poste contacting me to take a look... at least... as I am leaving the country in just over a week???? 😔

The worst post service ever! For 5 days I see in tracking status that the parcel will be delivered today, and later I see "Your parcel cannot be delivered today due to an exceptional situation beyond our control. It will be delivered as soon as possible." It's impossible to contact them, no email, by phone there is no way to switch to English, there is only absolutely useless AI chat bot.

They didn’t deliver my parcel and no client service action!!!
If you can find another deliver company it is better, avoid collisimo

WARNING DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.
Especially if you are from Italy or other countries, they steal and loose packages, the customer service doesn't exist, they don't control they're workers , looks like a cove of robbers, go check on internet the thousands of reviews that say so , even Wikipedia say so . Don't rely on them stay away from it . If this is France post service all the France people should be ashamed, I hope they arrest all the people behind this. It's ridiculous it's a scam.

Very quick delivery, and the parcel was in perfect condition. Very pleased with the service, thank you.
