Laptop running happily again

I was a little disappointed not to recieve notice of dispatch or information about the courier (Yodel), but ordered on Monday 19th and arrived on Friday 23rd, so all good in the end.

Had some issues with my laptop not recognising the battery so they promptly sent out a replacement, plus Patrick was attentive on the support email, instructing me how to reinstall the drivers. Battery works a treat now. Very happy.

Ordered a Toshiba battery as shown in photo on website and invoice e-mail showed Toshiba battery photograph. A substitute cheaper brand was supplied. This is against the law.
A nightmare to deal with; they do not reply to emails as promised or they ignore them. No phone number available. Return and refund was a protracted process.

The image shown was a of compatible battery, and the pricing reflects this too.

Professional and quick to respond
Dug out my old laptop to use and found the battery was faulty. Struggled to find a replacement for my model number on Amazon/Ebay and other sites until I came across Laptopbatteries. Their website recognised the model number and pointed me to the relevant battery which was only £34(I think), I expected the price to be double.
My only complaint is the choice of courier, Yodel were awful when tracking, delays and no updates until it turned up.
Battery even came with install tools! Which came in very handy.
