EXCEPTIONAL 5 STAR SERVICE.
Laptop Batteries UK are one of the few firms these days who deal with warranty claims in the manner promised.
I bought a replacement battery from them for my Asus laptop but unfortunately, and for whatever reason, the battery became faulty after 4 months.
I reported the problem to Laptop Batteries and Patrick organised a replacment within 24 hours.
I found their service to be exceptional and you can buy from them in total confidence knowing that if anything should go wrong they will quickly make it right without charge. A truly 5 Star company!

Not overly recommended
Replacement Lenovo battery ordered.
Received pretty quickly & safely.
But the received battery was not the type ordered :(
I asked for a return & also said I'd like a refund so I could order a genuine Lenovo part (see OEM note below) - while they responded promptly enough, it took a further 48hrs to receive the return form.
(they did provide a paid return)
Once I'd posted it I notified them & was informed that it would take c.10 days to process a refund.
I made a calendar note to check back in 10 days - hadn't received any further word from them so emailed today. Fairly promptly received the required refund in full.
So.. not dreadful by any stretch but in no way a great experience - I felt it was overly drawn out and, of course, it was disappointing to receive an incorrect item (from a company who's sole business is to sell such items!)
Hence, 3 stars & an honest review of the experience.
[Also noting that it was not a genuine Lenovo part but the price was around the price of a genuine part vs cheaper clones available elsewhere - re-reading the website listing I did of course see that they didn't claim it was genuine Lenovo]

There was no clear tracking to know…
There was no clear tracking to know where the battery was, only showed it was dispatched. Took 3 working days to arrive and was left at front door even though my husband was in.
It appears to be working OK, so fingers crossed
