Ordered a second replacement battery for my HP laptop on Saturday, it arrived Monday. Product is excellent even including two mini screwdrivers and plastic lever to get laptop cover off. Great communication and great system, will definitely buy again.

What was good was that there was a replacement Battery available. But it was not an identical battery and the laptop software cannot be set to show full charge.
