I ordered a key for my laptop with a backlight. I received a key which was the correct size but it doesn't let light pass thru it. The key's texture is different too. When I contacted customer support, they just told me that they don't have the correct key in stock so they sent me this one. Before ordering your key, make sure to contact them to make sure that they have the correct key in stock!

I was worried that I could not know the tracking number because it was ship by a regular letter, but I received it well from South Korea.It took exactly two weeks, delivery is not slow, but not fast. It's just normal.
but quality of the stuff is good.

This review is for "Laptopkey.com" with the black and blue logo as depicted in the photo on this page. I was told by every repair shop in my town that fixing my laptop keys would be impossible, so I took the chance at buying two similar keys from this company. The keys fit my rare keyboard perfectly, went on easily and came very quickly, considering I'm in England. Thank you!!!

And laptopkey dont want to return My money and dont want to send me the correct key...

So do use them you dont know what you get....

Although their FAQ and home page state they usually ship their keys the same day of order or next day, I believe they never shipped my keys. Based on where I live, I should have received they keys 3-4 days after they were shipped. I emailed them 7 days after I ordered the keys and asked if they were shipped, by what method, and if there was a tracking number. I had paid with PayPal so the shipping address was correct. I received a reply that my shipping address might be incorrect or USPS lost the shipment. I verified my correct address. I received a second reply that it was shipped without a shipping date, or method of shipping & tracking number which I requested. I asked for all three info. details. They informed me it was shipped the day I ordered in a first class envelop, no tracking. They told me they could reship or I could cancel the order without stating if I would get a refund if I cancelled the order. I asked if I would get a refund with cancellation of order. They cancelled my order with a refund.

i bought one key of laptop ASUS gamer and i waited for three months, but i didn't receive it, the package it may wasted in the shipping company, after contacting the company they ask me to resend another one or receive my money , so i chased to receive my money and it back, despite the package didn't received but they have high contact and response to find problems and to serve you
anyway that's my story, thank you.

Don't confuse it with "laptopkeys.com" two different sites! After 3 weeks and no info/package I emailed them but without response so I lost my hope ever getting the item. After 2 months from ordering they arrived in the mail in the thinnest of envelopes, easily could had gotten lost somewhere along the way. Happily surprised :)

Placed 3 orders here. 1 wrong delivery. And the other 2 orders were cancelled, however company does not refund YOUR money. Karolina, from 'customer service' always points to the payment provider Skrill.

Company does not provide any tracking number. If something wrong happens on the way, well tough luck.

Maybe it's Covid-19 but my key finally arrived after several months. So much so I ordered from Quikfix after a month of waiting and that arrived on the same day as the one from Laptopkeys.com (talk about it never rains). Customer service could so with being more responsive and investing in some bubble wrap is a good idea.

I ordered a replacement Lenovo keyboard from Laptopkey and the spacebar was sticky. They replaced it and the new keyboard worked fine for two months. Then numerous keys started sticking and failing to rebound. Then I had to hit H hard to get it to work. No replies to my messages for a warranty replacement. Do not buy a Lenovo keyboard from these people.

I have ordered a broken key and in exactly 10 days I have received it here in Germany. Trustworthy and fast service IMHO.

While cleaning my old notebook for resale, two keycaps broke off. Only option from manufacturer was to swap the whole keyboard for $120. Was slightly worried to shop for replacement keycaps online, but decided to order from here and wasn't disappointed. Got the right keys, they seem to be original, postmark shows order was shipped from the U.S. the day after payment and arrived within 15 business days. While not exactly cheap at $20 including shipping, my notebook is in perfect working condition again. Thanks!

I ordered a key for my HP Omen 27-inch laptop in April, i received an e-mail notification on Aoril 29th saying that my order had been shipped, after a month, I still hadn't received my key, so I contacted them via their contact form AND by e-mail, to this day, I haven't even gotten an answer to my any of my inquiries... of course I haven't received the key yet either (more than 2 months later!) So basically i paid 15$ for a single e-mail saying they shipped my order, no order number by the way... get your replacement keys somewhere else!

I got a few keys replaced on my 6-year-old Dell laptop and I'm very satisfied with this experience.
It was easy to find my model on Laptopkey.com. What really helps is that every hinge comes with a picture and it's really hard to mess it up.
Delivery to Germany took a while (~3 weeks) but wasn't unreasonably long.

I bought a MacBook Air 2017 that had a broken TAB key.
My local Apple Premium Reseller wasn't able to help me, so I ordered a new one here. Although I was afraid it would take too long, it arrived just 5 days later!
