Unsecured delivery

Laptop arrived slightly later than expected but was in perfect condition. My only gripe is that the delivery guy left it in my porch, banged on the door and ran off, never bothered to ring the doorbell. A 700 euro item was just left sitting there. Very reckless and unprofessional.

I ordered €700 monitor LG 34wl850 and I am very happy with the service. No any custom duty or any trouble at all. Delivered to Ireland Co. Kilkenny in 4 days. Tracking number was available on the website. However I recommend you to contact customer service before you buy anything to check stock availability. And for some reason PayPal is not available as a payment option if you buy from Ireland. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend !

Good shopping experience

I ordered a monitor which arrived in 5 days to republic of ireland which is good time considering the present situation with brexit and covid. The monitor is as expected, in good condition and well packaged, very happy with my shopping experience.

Purchased a webcam - delivery promided for 19 Feb and arrived 16th which was excellent - that said we did pay a premium for express post but at least no brexit issues.

Excellent service

Ordered a computer monitor from Laptopsdirect and was very pleased with the whole process. Order was confirmed straight away and dispatched almost immediately. It was received within about four working days and was exactly as ordered. Overall, cannot find any fault with service or product
