Good service

Graphics card came in good condition. Delivery was pretty fast and kept me updated along the way.

Absolutely disgusted with the…

Absolutely disgusted with the refurbished Samsung laptop that was sent to me. I opened it up and the screen was filthy dirty. During set up I realised that the left click didn’t work. I realised it only works if I push down really hard on it which is impossible to do my work with. Shortly after, I noticed that the screen distorts every now and then which makes me unable to read anything that’s on it.

Communication with laptopsdirect is appalling as I’ve sent multiple messages and videos of the laptop highlighting the problems. It is now 10 days later and I’ve only received 1 response from them asking me to send them video proof which was 6 days ago and have heard nothing from them since. Do not buy from this website.

Great value for money kit

Great value for money kit. Easy to install. The software is a small bit confusing but once you get the phone app installed it works fine. I used the DVR with a wireless broadband extender so no need for long cable runs.

Very good

I received quickly a good monitor I ordered online. The price was lower than on other websites. At one stage I was afraid of import taxes, as I am living in the RoI and this is were it was a wee bit bumpy: I contacted by email and through messenger as I was not getting an answer rapidly, and I received contradictory information - but with discussion it got cleared quickly. the product, the delivery, the customer service, the price: everything was very good!
