I wrote several e-mails, but I think they are not even received. I don't get any email of confirmation. I will never order again to this company. Too big risk of loosing your money

Excellent quality products
I bought a bed and bed linen in La Redoute Belgium. Both were of really good quality, they look exactly as in the picture... No unpleasant surprises. I'm giving it only 4 stars because the bed arrived about one week late, but, to be fair, it was bought on Black Friday, so it was probably a busy period.

I have purchased an item two weeks ago which arrived with a missing box. I have tried contacting the customer support for two week continuously and been told someone will get back to me. La Redoute is passing me to Panther, I asked to speak to a manager five times, been told no one is available, when in the end I spoke to Saba and asked for my money back, she put the phone down.
I have been left with two massive boxes taking space in my house of an incomplete order and £362.50 out of my account.
Disgraceful!!

Terrible return process and customer service
Found out about this company recently and was very excited about it so I made quite some separate orders of curtains and lamp shades. The curtains (Odorie) are made of pretty nice fabrics, although between the curtains there are some serious quality issues. I wanted to buy 2 pieces for my windows, and when it arrived, there are about 8 cm length difference that is very visible! Then I ordered another one, which turned out to be a different shade of colour (probably from a different batch). Then I had to order again another two. So I literally had to order 5 pieces of them just to get 2 matching ones!! Really disappointing... And the curtain left a lot of lint/fluff that literally covered my whole room for days. The fabric is nice and flowy though, so I kept it at the end.
And then, I tried to return the lamp shades. There was no return label on the box so per advice of the customer service I called, I used a PostNL antwoordnummer label. One month passed by after the package had arrived at their depot, yet I still didn't get any return confirmation!!
I called the customer service and she advised me to write an email about it. Another 2 weeks passed by and still nothing heard, then I figured out that the email address I got from the customer service lady was WRONG !!! How could a customer service gave a wrong email address??!!! How unprofessional....
After almost 2 months I finally got the money back. Was an extremely annoying process so I wouldn't order from them ever again!

Track/trace doesn’t exist// impossible to reach out their support in english
Bought a sneakers and no email informing track and trace. Called their support and the girl that picked up just spoke in french/Netherlands what a shame I have to call after 2pm to have an English speaker…. Btw they have chat but it’s impossible to find it and on whatsapp they never reply either…. Bought this time and will never do it again… 🤢🤮

I have been waiting for some chairs…
I have been waiting for some chairs from La Redoute for 5 days now. They should have been delivered 5 days ago. La Redoute employs a delivery company called Hermes that have sent a message four times in a row saying that the chairs are going to be delivered today, the same day later the company sends another message saying, nobody was in and the chairs could not be delivered.I have tried to contact Hermes on numerous occasions to no avail, I have been in every day waiting for them, and they did not come. When i contacted La Redoute the first day that happened they promised to sort it out but they never did, on the third time running i was promised that the manager would get back in contact in 24 hours, 48 hours later after waiting for the chairs and the manager's call i am still waiting.The customer care service is appalling i am very disappointed and i have still paid for two chairs that i have not received.

I have also returned a product almost a month ago and the response from customer service was that it can take over 20 WORKING DAYS to register a return.

Terrible quality and customer service.
I usually am very happy with La Redoute and have ordered quite a few things but in August I ordered an outside sofa for my balcony and it broke in less than a month! One of the legs just completely broke after sitting less than 10 times on it (knowing I weigh 60 kg for a sofa that can hold over 100kg...). I reached out to their customer support and they offered me to either send it back (with no replacement, so I'm out 250 euros) or get a 25 euro coupon. That's a joke for a sofa I paid over 250 euros for and lasted less than a month.... Really poor service, I used to order a lot but won't anymore. I've received much better customer service fro IKEA or Made.com whenever I've had issues.

This is now the second order I have attempted with them. The first one I ended up cancelling as 6 weeks later I was still waiting for the item to arrive. This time I have already waited 2 weeks, & have just received another email to say it may be another 4/5 days before it reaches the courier, & other items from their ‘trusted partners’ should hopefully not be delayed - absolutely ridiculous company

I thought this was a well known company, no risk in ordering anything. So wrong... Same issue as the others: ordered sth a month ago, delivery was planned, then cancelled the day before. Since... No news...
Contacted costumer service through mail, phone... They all say i have to be patient, the problem lies with the carrier service, and.... Believe this: that i should've paid for colfort delivery. So when you don't pay for comfort you just don't get the item?

I don't get informed about my order
I don't get informed about my order. My first order has been returned because of a 'technical problem', so I have ordered the items again. I don't get an answer about when the money will be refunded. I already regret for ordering the same items again, because I don't get any information about when they'll be sent. I hope this problem gets solved quickly, and afterwards I just want to cancel my account and never buy anything from there again.
Update 20/9/21: after I left this review, I contacted the customer service again, they said that I will receive my order and the refund within a week. I hope it will be solved soon.

Going off the reviews and comment you pay thinking your going to get it in 3 working days as per the delivery payments etc but they then order it in from there wholesalers when they have enough orders to do so (most likely China) although they are staying France I mean I could get there and back in the time its taken the to suposidly bag it and post it

I ordered two items. Only one arrived although the delivery note said both were included in the box. I contacted the collection point but they didn't have a second box for me.
I contacted the company by phone. They were dismissive, argumentative and unhelpful. They had no explanation as to why an item on the delivery note was not included in the box and stated they had a problem with their warehouse. I was told I had to wait for them to refund me for the missing item and then reorder it. Totally unacceptable. I d paid for both items, it was their problem to follow it up and send a replacement item. But they refuse to.
I've sent two emails over the last week and they have been totalled ignored. I won't be reordereding the item. I d prefer to spend my money with a reputable company.
*Avoid at all cost *
