Technical difficulties no solution

I was trying to order some items and experienced technical difficulties after stopping a payment at the last moment. The customer service was friendly but not helpful. I only got solutions from my side (remove cookies, use another browser, check with your bank).
There was no willingness to look at their system that seems to be blocking ordering the same items twice. In general a good security measure, but very annoying in case of difficulties.
After 3 days of only getting this kind of back and forth, the items have sold. I have no solution and no nice clothes.

Very poor quality cotton

Very poor quality cotton, very light weight and miles apart from Gildan brand heavy cotton t-shirts that last over 20 years. These t-shirts will last 2 years at best. Delivery was left in the pouring rain outside in the front garden for anyone that passes to grab so highly unlikely that EMP or Large have thought of having good SLA’s in place that allow a good delivery service.

Change the delivery services and it will be 5/5

Amazing clothing, but the delivery is the worst, maybe change it? So many reviews say the same. PostNL doesn't bother to even call the appartment number ON THE PACKAGE, they left it on top of mailboxes for anyone to take. I didn't spend all this money in your shop for someone else to take my package. But seems like the problem isn't yours anymore, right? PostNL says "delivered". I was home and saw them just dropping it off and leaving, if I wasn't home, I don't think I'd even get my order. That's not how you treat your clients, considering your products aren't cheap. I was very excited for my parcel, but this whole experience left a sour taste. I guess I will order elsewhere next time.
