I recently ordered the Scream Bloody Christmas Death sweater in a size Large. Based on the photos and the product description referring to it as a sweater, I expected a proper knit sweater. However, what I received is actually a full-sleeve sweatshirt with a printed design that merely mimics a knit pattern.

I could understand if it were a regular sweater made from acrylic or polyester with a printed design, but advertising a sweatshirt as a sweater is misleading. This is especially disappointing, as I had planned to give this as a gift.

The item was delivery super fast without any problem.

Didn’t get my package. Horrible service.

I pre-ordered 3 different special edition vinyls on March, they were cancelled one after the other by Large, during the time 5 1/2 months after. Completely unprofessional behavior. As respond they send a mail with alternative products which specify article numbers which I cannot search for, it makes no sense. I waited 5 1/2 months for these to come, ordered as early as possible, and they cancel it. Even last minute another smaller shop could deliver these vinyls to me.

3rd vinyl cancellation : 18/08

Weeks ago I ordered two t-shirts. The delivery was not successful because by mistake I put the wrong post code so probably the delivee didn't find the right address. For 3 times I received the message that the delivery has been made, but I have not received anything. I tried to contact customer service. I tried everything and i tried to contact them many many time but no one ever answered me. Only once and the customer service person told me that I will be reimbursed. But it wasn't like that. I didn't get my money back or my t-shirts. Bad customer service. Really bad

First experience with Large Merchandising and I can say I’m extremely satisfied! Delivery was quick, the items well packaged, and the quality actually exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be going back there again and again.

Everything was exactly like in the pics, the quality of the items is really good.
The items were packed nicely and everything was delivered in 2 days.

Placed an order but the site refused to accept my chosen payment method, so I had to choose another one. I wound up changing my mind almost immediately after the order had been placed but according to the website, customers can't cancel orders due to "technical issues". What kind of rubbish is this?!

Update: While I appreciate that I received a reply from Marijn, the website's FAQ clearly states that orders cannot be cancelled. Also, I've yet to receive a reply from customer service despite contacting them via the website almost immediately after placing my order.

I ordered for the 3d time from large.nl, no issues whatsoever. Really quick and nice service. Products are as described (mostly t-shirts and sweaters). Last but not least, I love the fact that they use post NL to ship the packages which is by far much better compare to DHL that lose packages all the time.

Arrived super fast, was exactly as I expected. great quality and design... thank you.
