Amazing service from both Paul and Joe. 2 weeks ago I had a mortgage offer that had expired on the property I was buying, a large non-refundable deposit which looked like it would be lost on 30th June, as well as the stamp duty holiday and to top it all off I had no buyer on the property I was selling.... In 10 days we managed to find a cash buyer, get a whole new mortgage offer approved, organise a valuation for the mortgage and get the paperwork back in time to exchange and complete for the 30th June deadline! Remarkable example of what you can do with the right people around you! Paul and Joe were exceptional.
