We approached large mortgage loans with quite a complex case, having lived abroad for so many years with non standard paperwork for our payslips etc and very little in the way of credit history and a + 1 million loan all to be completed within a short time frame they were able to pull it off. Mark Pattanshetti was our broker who from day 1 reassured us he would get it done and stayed in contact at every step. He jumped through many hurdles and in the end got us placed with a prestigious bank who were really accommodating. Although for a case like ours the fees were a bit higher than most it was worth every penny. Mark was superstar and I highly recommend the company

Our case was a tricky one, with having issues with credit scores, government benefits, low income and other hurdles arise. They were very helpful in finding a creative solution to our requirements, which were to purchase the downstairs flat in our converted building so that we can turn it back into a house in due course. Required various iterations and ensuring that the end project was possible, to make it all worthwhile. Will be back for the conversion project in due course.
