Quick resolution re claims. Once before a claim handler my claim was handled quite quickly and professionally. The lady that attended to me Lisa Lathwell was very responsive and clear on what was required.

Easy and straightforward claim
Lauren who dealt with my claim was very efficient, polite and showed empathy for a claim relating to fainting incident which caused damage to the instrument

Excellent experience from beginning to end!
Lisa and Lauren were absolutely brilliant at coordinating my cello repair which needed to be done in Spain. Communication was fast and excellent and the whole process from beginning to end was superb. As musicians it’s very upsetting when accidents happen to our precious instruments and the team were incredibly supportive and understanding throughout. Top class insurance! Nothing like other types of insurance e where the companies make it as hard as possible to get the situation resolved. Thanks so much.
