I just received my order of Laroc makeup palettes and they are perfect and I will be giving them as gifts with happiness as they look lovely and I would highly recommend them for quality and price! Lorraine!

I bought the artistry book palette from the lorac website a while ago. It shipped late and by the time I received it I was outside of the return period.

The first thing I noticed was the smell as I opened the palette. It's like a chemically fishy smell and I cant tell if it's from the packaging or the eyeshadows themselves. I tried cleaning the palette and disinfecting the shadows and then letting it air out for 48 hours. There was no change. Theres no way I'm putting this near my face.

On top of that I tried swatching the colours on my arm. I have a darker complexion, and most of the colours have little to do pigment and are pressed really hard. The only colours that swatch well are the speckled shimmers and most of them look similar in colour.

Finally, I went to post a review on their website and I noticed that it's pretty much all 5 star reviews. The website physically wouldnt let me post a one star review. If I selected one star it wouldnt publish so I wrote my comment and had to select 5 stars for it to go through.

This experience has turned me off completely from this company.

The fifth time i ordered from Laroc now so only so thought it was only right i left a review. Products are amazing and great quality. Delivery time has been superb and customer service was amazing when needed to change something on my order. Would definitly recommend and some of the star ratings on here confuse me as i would give Laroc 6 stars if i could.

It's beautiful make up,will order more, for presents.

Poor quality cheap stuff, their customer services are rubbish and they sell you faulty goods.

Pro artistry book arrived within 3 days and very well packaged. The colours are beautiful and pigmented but it absolutely smells of fish so so badly, it actually made me wretch. Does this mean i got a bad out of date one?

It is an amazing palette for the price. My only complaint is that it has a paint like smell and that they are on the powdery side. On the other hand the colours are pigmented and they have a wide variety of colours.

Ordered the LarocPro Artisty Palette which arrived in just 2 days but once I opened it the smell that came from the palette was a horrible fishy smell. Has completely put me off trying the palette as I can not get over the strong smell when I open it up and makes me feel a little sick.
Visually, it is a very pretty and a huge palette but other than that, I am disappointed and feel like I have a product I can now not use on myself or clients as the smell is so off putting and unprofessional.

I was so exited to get this pallette, however on arrival it had oviously been dropped or hit because a couple of the colours were smashed. I contacted LaRoc 3 days ago through email and instagram and haven't heard anything back from them Which is extremely disappointing. I haven't yet taken it out of the packaging only the outer delivery bag until I've heard back from them. They should definitely package makeup and pigments in more than just a plastic bag and a tiny bit of bubble wrap if they are just going to be pushed though a letter box.

Eyeshadow just not pigmented, I'll stick with Anastasia Beverley hills from now on and morphe as their eyeshadow are pigmented.
Just wish I hadn't opened it up as I can't return it. Fast delivery though.

I really wanted to love their products and after purchasing the Pro Palette and getting over the fact that these shades aren’t very pigmented at all (recent formula change???) about a month into using it, the palette has developed a horrible off smell. No product has ever done this and now I can’t even use what I paid for...
