This company is a scam.

Please don’t buy anything from them.

You can’t reach out to them.

The watch I ordered doesn’t work. And I can’t get any return info. Shame on them.

No one is responding, so returns are impossible. The email address is no longer active and no one answers the phone. A real scam!
What has become of this company? Years ago I ordered a watch and everything went perfectly. Now everything seems completely unprofessional. Designers Larsen and Eriksen should be ashamed of themselves.

This company is a scam. The watches are ok but there is no customer service and no body answers mails, phones or contact forms. The social media stops in 2024 and there is no way of returning anything if you cannot contact them.

Sadly I think this is a fraudulent company - do not buy from them

I love my watch. And was very proud of the danish design. After 1,5/2 years of daily wearing the wrist band was worn out, so I ordered two new ones. Nice I thought. One Brown leather and one Black leather. Super quickly received them. Wondering why a company called ZO24 was the sender. I opened the package. Realized both new wristbands for my watch were black. I wanted to refund one of them and have the brown correctly send, so I get what I paid for. I’ve tried calling, use the contact info and mail, but haven’t heard anything. Not even a confirmation on a received mail. At least I can now use my watch again in one of the two desired wrist colors. But man what a bad service level! I feel like 300 dkk has been cheated away from me.

I’m writing this bad review hoping to receive and answer and the correct brown wristband…

I bought a watch from their website. I received an email a couple of days later saying it was in fact out of stock and needed me to confirm a refund. I replied but I have not heard from them since. I have followed up with them via the original email thread, a new support ticket, instagram and I even tried to call them. Nothing. So I am now down £200 and have raised a dispute via my bank.

Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from them.

I originally got the silver evolution which was gorgeous but unfortunately there was a defect in the watch which meant it kept stopping. I contacted them about it and received the best customer service interaction I have had with a company in a long while.

After dropping off the watch at their office/store so that they could inspect and confirm the reason for the watch not working they let me have the choice of watch to replace the broken one. I chose the scale and for the past two months it has been working beautifully. Couldn't be more happy with Magnus and the team.

On a side note the fact that on the back of the watches they have the copenhagen skyline/major sites makes it a great momento for people moving away that want to take something with them to reminf them of the place like I did.

Great build quality. I got compliments on mine very often. As a fan of minimal designs, I'll be buying my second one soon!

I ordered a strap for my Absalon watch that I have been wearing for more than two years now. The watch is amazing and timeless! However, I faced some difficulty applying the second strap. One of the screws was really tight and I am afraid I had to push a little too much it might have loosened the leather around it. Otherwise, the color and quality are great. I love Larsen & Eriksen's designs!

Shipping was 40% the price of my purchase (£14 for a £30 product!). When the product arrived (a replacement leather wristband) it was in a lovely plain paper case but excessively wrapped in plastic 10 times it's original size. So much for being carbon neutral...

Firstly this arrived superbly fast! Securely packaged. The Larsen & Eriksen branded packaging itself does not disappoint either! The watch is sturdy, keeping good time & is insanely stylish! I'm not in the first flush of youth but feel quietly confident & stylish while wearing it! The design is first class,with a lovely contrasting leather wristband. I look forward to wearing this on my travels this year. Thank you ladies & gents at Larsen & Eriksen 😎. Five stars!!!

I love minimalism and sleek design but it was incredibly difficult to find something unique until I discovered this amazing company with stunning watches! I mean...I purchased three watches from you guys, so you are doing something truly awesome!! I always receive so many compliments wearing your watches and I believe a few people even purchased a watch or two based on my recommendations! It was great! Watch looks awesome, my boyfriend has a fee watches and since he got this one, he is wearing only this watch. And i am already looking for a new one;)

The site was simple and straight forward. I ordered the watch from the Danish site, and three days later, it was delivered to my door in Manitoba, Canada. Everything arrived in good order as indicated on the website. The only hitch was that the band was too small, and I had to source a larger one from our local jeweller.

Beautifully packaged and lovely design. I purchased an ‘Evolution’. My only concern is the length of the 18mm strap which is a bit on the short side compared to my other watches.

I love this design. The design was the reason I started wearing watch again, after 25 years of looking at the mobile phone to tell time.
There was a small delivery misstep but resolved swiftly and in a friendly manner.
Hope L&E will venture one day into designing other things, not only watches.

old fashioned penny farthing on the wristband closure (?name),
the beautiful silhouette of our city on the backside of the watch and finally the little tap in the waistband helping in the changing between different bands - pure genius!!!
All this comes in a stylish box - what’s not to like? 👍🏻😁
