I’ve had 6 laser sessions before with someone else and never has my hair grown back so quickly. This session to me felt like a waste of my money and time, as was told they could only do my laser on lowest setting because I’m new to this company, which was ridiculous. My hair is already growing back! Completely unsatisfied, ineffective treatment and wasted nearly £200!! I will most likely be doing back to my usual laser woman. Really disappointed with the laser treatment at this company, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. I’d advised them against it.

Today was my 6th microneedling face session, I’ve had 5 over the past few years, along with 4 hydrafacials and 3 ageless chemical peels but today’s session with Samia was by far the best. She did an incredible job on my acne scarring and adjusted the needle depth in a way that made a real difference. I’ve been coming to this clinic since it opened, and I’ve never felt this well taken care of before. I’m genuinely so happy and had such a fantastic experience with her that I would love to request Samia for all my upcoming sessions, no matter what timing suits her or how long I may need to wait.

I have had many sessions with Samia and it’s been an amazing experience. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my laser treatment. She always made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly approach. She’s incredibly professional, but also genuinely caring, which made the whole process comfortable and reassuring.

I first met Samia in 2024 when I visited the clinic before moving from the UK to Saudi Arabia for my wedding. At that time, I was under a lot of stress and had several treatment concerns, but Samia truly helped me through it all. She carefully organized my appointments and created the right package for me, making everything feel manageable.

I still remember one moment when I felt completely overwhelmed and even cried from stress. Samia didn’t just do her job she listened, showed genuine care, and supported me when I really needed it. That kindness stayed with me. I can’t believe how quickly time has passed, and now it’s 2026 and I’m back in the UK. When I booked my appointment, my very first question was whether Samia was still working there. Luckily, she is and once again, I had my session with her.She truly feels like my comfort zone. God bless this wonderful girl. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism.

I had my session today and wanted to share my experience. I’ve been here twice before, and from my first skin consultation everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable. Today was my second session of actual treatment and in total 3rd visit and I was quite worried after seeing videos online of microneedling with a lot of bleeding, but Samia reassured me by carrying out the treatment in a very safe and controlled way, which was a huge relief. I now feel much more confident about trying other treatments in the future. I was also a bit concerned about a language barrier, but Samia really made the effort to ensure I understood everything, and I truly appreciated that. Overall, I feel very happy, reassured, and at ease after today’s session

I had a wonderful experience with Samia. She is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain every step of the process, as well as what to expect after each session. Her kindness and professionalism really put me at ease.

I’ve had seven laser sessions with her so far, and everything has been going very well I can clearly see I’m on the right track.

I also had a Skin treatment called a Hydrafacial, and it was absolutely wonderful. Samia recommended a day cream, eye cream, and sunscreen, which have made a huge difference to my skin. I used to have eczema above my eyes, but after the Hydra and regularly using the products she suggested, it has completely cleared. My skin now looks much healthier, shiny, and glowing.

I would highly recommend her to anyone considering laser or facial treatments.

I have nothing good to say about this company, terrible service. I spent about £2,500 on laser hair removal and it looks the same today as it did before the sessions. Complete waste of money.
Initially told I'd need 8 sessions. Every time I went they told me id need a few more, which totalled about 15/16 sessions before I said no more.
You can't get hold of anyone, no-one ever answers the phone. Why bother having a phone number. I was left waiting each session for over 40 minutes in the waiting area. Appointments cancelled by them at the last minute due to staff shortages and i'd even parked up, on my way to the clinic and they call to cancel. When I did have a session it was rushed and bits were missed. Lots of young, seemingly inexperienced girls working there. My details were put onto someone else's account and this was never rectified.
An absolute shambles, don't bother. Go somewhere else. Wish I could get my money back.

I visited Laser Clinics Cardiff Central recently and while there was a delay due to a machine issue, the team were upfront about it and apologised promptly. Despite waiting around an hour to be seen, I was still able to have my session completed.

A special mention has to go to Leah, she handled everything with real composure and professionalism. She addressed all my concerns thoroughly and kept things running as smoothly as possible under the circumstances. Considering she's relatively new to the clinic, she performed exceptionally well under pressure.

Overall, it wasn't a perfect visit due to the wait, but the transparency and the quality of care, particularly from Leah made it a positive experience. Would still recommend.

Such a great experience with Samia today! My last appointment for both me and my mom was cancelled, but everything went smoothly this time for skin treatment and laser. Samia was so lovely and professional, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout.
My skin feels glowy and hydrated, and the laser treatment was wonderful. She didn’t keep me waiting at all and was very attentive and gentle. She also kindly helped sort out my mom’s appointment, which we truly appreciated.

very nice staff and make u comfortable during treatment

I have had 4 sessions with the laser clinic Cardiff and the only positive thing about the experience has been the results which have just been okay. At every session I have been left waiting at least 30 minutes after my appointment time with little apologies from staff. With the worst being sat waiting for an hour and 20 minutes before being seen. They also tend to send out an email changing your appointment time without your approval. Laser is supposed to be up to 10 sessions but I cannot put up with this anymore. I would not recommend going here.

Booked three sessions of laser hair removal and in nearly a year I could hardly get two in!
Every time I went to the clinic for my appointment, they had their shutters down and were closed and I was not informed and my appointment wasn’t rescheduled. I had to reschedule myself (by this time they were busy so I was booking a session way later than I was due one) but again, I went and they were closed (with no communication letting me know)! I then rescheduled AGAIN, and they cancelled my appointment… I eventually got my second session. I booked my third and it got cancelled too, the day before. It was really bad service.
There was only ever one staff member working, doing everything including the laser sessions and each session I had, didn’t make a change to my hair growth. I basically paid for nothing. The laser wasn’t good enough and the practitioners didn’t seem bothered.
Really disappointing. I would not recommend.

I’m not satisfied with my laser session as it was nothing, hair still visible and it changed nothing just waste of money, and while I was waiting for the appointment they did a session for a customer who came after me, as her time valuable and mine’s not?!
I was about to complete my session in another branch but now I’ll not use any branch of this clinic again as it is just waste of money.

I’ve just had a session with Samia, and she was amazing. I really enjoyed talking to her she was kind, attentive, and gave me proper time without rushing. I had phototherapy for acne and skin rejuvenation, and she gave me excellent advice tailored to my skin. My skin feels hydrated, refreshed, and looks really good after the treatment. My wife had her first session with Samia, and the experience was excellent. Samia was very professional and took the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly, which made my wife feel comfortable and reassured.

The treatment included microneedling with Dermalogica Pro Exosome Boosters, followed by LED light therapy. Samia also explained the benefits of the treatment and provided clear, detailed aftercare advice.

We’re very happy with the service so far and would highly recommend Samia.

Very poor experience at the Cardiff Laser Clinic. My appointment was changed three times, then I was kept waiting 43 minutes despite being told it would be a 5–7 minute wait, while others who arrived after me were seen first.

I also wasn’t told the appointment was only a consultation. The booking and confirmation email made it seem like a treatment and even told me to prepare and shave, which was unnecessary. I was also charged extra for an add-on, only to be told it’s included in the treatment.
