I had lovely Iqrah who is caring, professional and knowledgeable treating my arms and face. As always, she has done a wonderful job and always remembers to ask me how my hair growth is. I am very happy with my treatment and results. Highly reccomend.

I had a very disappointing experience with a laser clinic in Bradford.

Over the course of my treatment, the clinic cancelled my appointments multiple times (around six times), often at very short notice—sometimes within 12 hours—citing reasons like machines being out of service. I was understanding and flexible each time, even though it caused me inconvenience.

However, when I was late for just one appointment, they cancelled my session immediately and insisted that I still pay for it. There was no consideration or flexibility shown, despite the fact that they had repeatedly cancelled my bookings before.

This feels very unfair and one-sided. A business should apply the same level of understanding to clients as they expect in return.

Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and the lack of consistency in their policies has made me lose trust. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Had underarm laser.therapist was quite rude,felt rushed through the procedure.
No privacy/dignity,had to take off shirt in front of therapist,felt horrible,left clinic in shock.
Was not interested even talking about post care.

Today I had my fourth appointment for underarm and Hollywood laser hair removal. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The staff seemed rushed, and the treatment was completed in just 3–4 minutes. There was no proper marking or attention to detail like in my previous sessions.

I didn’t feel like I received the level of care expected, especially for a treatment like this. I hope the clinic improves consistency and gives each client the time and attention they deserve.

They were super flexible with my appointment time and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The girl I had today for my laser was phenomenally good - I would highly recommend this Reading Laser clinic.

I have been there few times for the injection and all were good experience, but this time was really disappointed. I went to have a consultation for the hydrafacial, and the appointment time was 10:50am, I arrived on 10:40am and there was no one in the reception, I waited until 11:00am then one staff showed up and asked me to seat and still wait, I had my appointment on 11:10am and the consultation was good and professional, however the waiting time was too long and when I waited there alone I was totally not sure how long will I waited cause no one was in the front desk to help.

Great experience, did not have to wait very long when I arrived for my 10am appointment. The lady who did my laser was so polite and professional. Really recommend that laser clinic to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Laser Clinics UK in Guildford. Although I don’t remember the name of the therapist who performed my LED treatment, she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The facial massage was deeply relaxing, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the LED therapy. I will definitely be returning for another session.

Amazing first time experience
I had Lucy as my laser therapist and she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable defo recommend her to anyone.

I first met Samia in 2024 when I visited the clinic before moving from the UK to Saudi Arabia for my wedding. At that time, I was under a lot of stress and had several treatment concerns, but Samia truly helped me through it all. She carefully organized my appointments and created the right package for me, making everything feel manageable.

I still remember one moment when I felt completely overwhelmed and even cried from stress. Samia didn’t just do her job she listened, showed genuine care, and supported me when I really needed it. That kindness stayed with me. I can’t believe how quickly time has passed, and now it’s 2026 and I’m back in the UK. When I booked my appointment, my very first question was whether Samia was still working there. Luckily, she is and once again, I had my session with her.She truly feels like my comfort zone. God bless this wonderful girl. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism.
