Just had my 6th round and was treated by Asy and shes the sweetest lady! Made me feel so comfortable and did a great job!

I go every year for Laser Pigmentation Removal and I recommend it. The treatment works, they are professional, in time and offer a great service.

Going to be honest I’ve had such a mix of experiences with Laser Clincs, staff not choosing the correct setting, not attempting hard to reach areas but there have been a few members, Manpreet for example, today - really going the extra mile. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable and was meticulous to make sure all the areas were covered that I had paid for - THANKYOU!

Manpreet is an excellent therapist and manager and she rectifies any issues effectively with grace.

Always a pleasure to be treated in Ealing branch.

An excellent experience as always. Susette is knowledgeable and efficient as well as very personable.

I have done my back, shoulders and neck at this clinic and overall the results are okay but inconsistent.

The issue is that every time you go in the treatment is done differently. Sometimes parts of my shoulders were missed and I had to specifically ask them to please cover the whole shoulder which really should not be something I need to point out. The staff do not seem to be trained in the same way as each person does it differently.

When treating my neck there were a couple of times when they went too high with the laser which has left some uneven patches at the bottom of my hairline between my head and neck. So again every visit I found myself having to explain how far they should go.

I am happy with the results on the areas that were covered properly but now I will have to do some extra sessions elsewhere to correct my shoulders and the hairline unfortunately cannot be fixed. I will not be coming back and although I do not know which clinic I could fully trust I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

There was no pre-treatment consultation even though was told one would be necessary. The staff member did not appear aware of any after care instructions, none were given. I was left in a room under the LED, once it had turned off for at least an extra 5 minutes only to then have a different member of staff. It felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking questions and no clarity was given. As this was a facial peel, I was able to get more clarity from Google!
The treatment itself was alright, not a big difference made but may know more with regular treatments, probably somewhere else.

Great aestheticians, I had a one time bad experience with the aftermath of my Laser as my hair grew back pretty fast and they gave me a free session which was wonderful. Love the ladies there and the laser aftermath is credible! No hair for two months underarms.

I am a frequent customer of Laser Clinic in Ealing, I do different types of treatments i.e. LHR, Vascular Treatment and Yellow LED Light Therapy.

I am impressed with the level of service and the care I have received from the staff, in particular the clinic manager who quickly addressed my concerns regarding my skin reaction to my second LHR and who treated me with such professionalism and great attention. I was really pleased with the aftercare and my skin is looking perfect!
