I have a very pleasant experience with Dipti in particular, she was very helpful bless her and gave me so much insightful information regarding my skin and how to keep it at bay after laser! She provided a really warm and welcoming customer service and hope to see her again for my appointment! Thank you Dipti!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Laser Clinics. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the clinic is spotless definitely 10/10 for cleanliness. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering skin, laser, or injectables treatments. I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years and the service has consistently been outstanding.

Had my laser hair removal appointment today and I’m really happy with the experience. Dipit was absolutely amazing very professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole session. She explained everything clearly and was very gentle, which really helped me relax. The treatment was done carefully and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I’ve been using the clinic for some time now, in the past it was very difficult to get the same therapist. So sometimes it was frustrating to explain to the new therapist the areas again and every therapist has their own way of doing the treatments. I recently started another session of 6 as it had been a 2 year break. It seems much better now that laser clinics are running the store themselves and at least the last 2 I'vehad the therapist has been able to book me with her and that has been excellent.
If only they can find a way so you can book in advance all the treatments with the same therapist or at least if it’s past the month as the staff don’t know their rota for the month after.

I'm very happy with the service and results that I see after every treatment. Especially i want to say thank you to Ashika for her professional service and care for me.

Could not recommend this clinic more, Dipti and Bhavika not only offer an exceptional accommodating customer service but Bhavika made my entire experience comfortable, compassionate and overall an enjoyable experience when receiving a treatment that can be deemed initially uncomfortable! If you’re thinking about trying laser hair removal, this is 100% the place to go! Looking forward to my next visit

I have been a customer for 5 years at Leicester Highcross, having pre-paid for a full package of 6 treatments for three areas totalling over £600. In between I had a baby and had been advised by them to come back ANYTIME after weaning off breastfeeding due to hormones. Having rang two days ago and booked in for the treatments today I have been called on the day a few hours prior to say my treatments have EXPIRED!! so they cancelled and I’ve lost over £600 of pre-paid treatments with no notice whatsoever. I could have gifted them to someone. But they left me with no choice and no option. No consideration that I have a valid and genuine reason to have put the course of treatments on hold- absolutely horrendous customer service. I was just told the conversation is over because they have a client waiting for their treatment. And ended the call! There is no shelf life to treatments, so what really does the expiry date validate?!! they didn’t want to discuss even if prices have changed and if there were any options to resolve the matter. Absolutely nothing for a loyal customer. They don’t even deserve the one star review. Before coming to the money-hungry Laser Clinics, I would advise even going just upstairs to therapie clinic where you actually would get treated with respect and customer service and better value for money anyway.

From day one since I’ve been with the Leicester branch, they have mid- sold their programmes to me. I have been given different stories when the staff have done wrong to cover their backs. I’ve been quoted for chin and neck prices and when the treatment has started they have said they need more money. I have paid it all off and now I rebooked for other areas which I was told I could work on, so when the next none offers came I booked just for an agent to tell me that I cannot treat the area as it will make my growth worse. I was told I would get a full refund and then when we went to reception I was told that they couldn’t do that. Then I asked to speak to a manager and meanwhile the receptionist told me to lie and say both areas I have purchased cannot be worked on as I wanted to purchase a different 2 in1 package but I refused to lie. The manager came and was rude to me and shouted at me. All I did was be polite smile and ask her to over cancel the under arm treatment and let me repurchase with underarm and Brazilian and it was working out cheaper.
The staff do not know the basic rules of the policies you have and then when they wrong, they cover it up and make the clients look stupid.

The treatments were amazing.
