Laser Clinics closed its doors in Richmond high Street 9 months ago without any indication if it was going to reopen, giving an excuse for closing which was inexcusable for customers trying to find out when or if they would reopen. Luckily I was not out of pocket but had to travel to Ealing to finish what I had started, a place difficult to park and not the type of place to further enjoy further treatments.

I purchased 6 sessions brazilian Laser on August 5th for my daughter in the franchise ( did not know that this is a franchise) from Laserclincis UK. I was able to do 2 sessions before the nightmare started.
My 3rd appointment got cancelled over and over again as they apparently have a powercut. This has been 2 months ago, No treatment. No reply. No moeny back. I emailed them several times for a refund as they are not able to offer the service I paid for. No reply also not from the company. Apparently Ealing has the same owner but Ealing told me they don't have the same owner anmyore. I just want my money back for the remaining 4 sessions and go somewhere else! Don't go to Richmond Laserclinics UK they are thieves!

I love this salon. Staff are great especially Shola. They are always great and very helpful. Thank you

They are good stuff, specially Yazmin she have a good skills and very friendly. They do a very professionally way and they are amazing.

I had 5 sessions - I found some of the staff a bit brusque and the treatment didn’t work. I still have a lot of stubbly dark hair growing on the treatment area (front of thighs). My skin is fair. I’ve now bought a home device from Braun and am hoping for better results!

Everything .. smoke and mirror pricing . Misleading information. Plus I thought I had unsubscribed but obviously not.

Experience was good but there policy of cancellation before 48 hours I think its not good because 1 sitting is very much expensive so if we have emergency on time and want to cancel our appointment then what is the solution ……. They refused to refund or reschedule your appointment .

Great price and great results, once you find a tech that’s thorough i would say always book your appointment with the same person. I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Sara at Richmond who is very professional and takes the time to ensure all areas have been treated.

Friendly, informative and helpful introduction to all of the aspects of injections, which was welcome to a newbie like me. Process was fast, pain free and the results completely exceeded my expectations.

After spending thousands and attending countless sessions, I’ve just realised during my last visit that the Alexandrite machine wasn’t used at all. This explains why I haven’t seen any results. It’s honestly disappointing and frustrating, especially considering I repeatedly mentioned that Alexandrite is the only machine that works well for me. I feel ignored and misled, and it’s extremely disheartening to only find this out after two years.

I've been visiting the Richmond Laser Clinic for the past three years, and I must say, the level of professionalism and friendliness is unparalleled. Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing microneedling with Juliana, and she was absolutely fantastic. Juliana is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also has a warm and positive attitude that instantly puts you at ease.

Throughout the procedure, she took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients' well-being truly sets her apart. Thanks to Juliana's expertise, I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I had an awful and very uncomfortable experience with the laser therapist Emily at Richmond Laser Clinic UK. I had a Hollywood and underarm laser appointment, when in the room with her she was very cold and spoke in a very unwelcoming tone to me which is not acceptable ever but especially not when you are dealing with customers who are in a vulnerable state, undressed, having intimate areas lasered. When I was leaving the clinic and went to the front desk to book my next appointment, Emily beckoned me over and looked almost annoyed with me. I politely asked if for my next appointment I could have one of the lovely ladies that have treated me before as I felt comfortable with them, I didn’t want to directly tell Emily that I didn’t want her again as she was very unapproachable and confrontational. She smirked when I said this and replied “well let’s hope you’re lucky with who you get on the day then”. I left after this feeling personally attacked for no reason at all. It’s ashame that Emily has let down the lovely service I’ve had from the other therapists at this branch.
