The staff member who I had today provided one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. She asked relevant questions to ensure she understood any pain points and what I wanted to achieve. She was professional and courteous and a great advocate for the brand!

Manager at Tuggeranong clinic is very nice and friendly. In my 10 session, noone has actually asked me about the improvement and she has asked for the feedback and booked extra session for free as well. I truely appreciate her and thank you for your service

Left a voicemail to cancel an appointment as they weren’t answering yet they try to charge me for a no show for a 15 minute skin consult to see if I’m keen on skin needling. (I did tell them I definitely won’t be doing the needling that day) I won’t be coming back to this joint for future appointments. Unfortunately they have some ordinary customer service as well.

Tuggeranong Laser Clinics refused me a service which I had already paid for and have been having for the last 15 years because I refused to sign off on their dodgy privacy policy. It has been 2 weeks and they haven't responded to any correspondence. Watch out. Watch out for their dodgy privacy policy. They will refuse you your paid service if you do not consent to them collecting your personal data including photos of you during treatment. Their policy states that they can use your personal information to distribute to third parties including those overseas: "We may disclose your personal information to our third-party service providers who assist us to deliver our services, for example, IT service providers, marketing, market research (including by using other available data to gain greater insights about our clients), and consulting services. Some of these third-party service providers are located in countries including the United States and the Netherlands and you consent to these overseas disclosures." Your data is precious and not something to be needlessly giving away (especially to a service you've rightfully paid for) to a company who is going to sell it off to third parties. Always read the fine print before signing anything and make sure the company shows you the fine print before you purchase!

Marie is by far the best beauty therapist at Tuggeranong Laser Clinics. Her experience and knowledge makes her an asset to the business.

Dont purchase treatment unless u are willing to use it, it times out.
i bought a batch of full hand treatments. Not once in the consult did the operator tell me did the treatment have a time limit and can time out. they told me that i signed a paper work and thats that, no turn backs, no refunds no apologies. Since when did laser treatments have an expiry date like fruit or milk?

I don't usually write reviews but this one is warranted. I have visited the Tuggeranong Clinic a few times before for hair removal & my experiences have been OK. But after my last treatment I have never felt so humiliated, ashamed & embarrassed.

Receiving laser treatment is already an uncomfortable experience as it is. My recent experience has left me horrified to ever enter the clinic again. The level of unprofessionalism has left me speechless. When the girl who did my treatment left the room I overheard her talking very loudly about me. She was making extremely unnecessary inappropriate & rude jokes about my private area... I was shocked. When I came out I was nervous, upset & speechless.

I have chosen to leave this review under a different name due to the pure embarrassment I am feeling. But I feel I must warn others about my horrid experience. I never want any other customer to feel as low as I did after.

Do not go to this clinic unless you want to be made fun of.

Poor customer service. The girl at the desk was very rude & disinterested in helping. The clinic was dirty & grubby.

My daughter's skin has an noticeable improvement, Marie said it would take a few months for her skin improvement to be noticed, the redness has gone and her acne scars have dramatically reduced.Marie was kind and professional when working with my daughter which I was thrilled about.
