Custom issues

For some reason, the registration and custom documents were not Sufficient. This results in a surcharge, a 3 dollars and expedition fees of $25 From the danish customs. (Original order Price 35$) Other than that, Shipment of two items at the size of a teacup, has lasted almost a month. Be aware that this company has a Poor handling of customs issues, and dis acknowledge any liability in their terms document. You will likely be charged with an extra fee from your local customs service upon ordering. So even though they claim, having a European storage facility, your goods are liable to be shipped from China.

The online service staff are friendly

The online service staff are friendly and the items are shipped quickly. When purchasing, I informed the store that I needed to delay picking up the goods because I had to travel far, and the store quickly provided help.

Not as advertised!!

Well, seeing their videos on instagram, you think the quality is quite well. However, the first issue I have faced is that they put someone else’s phone number to deliver my shipment !! Thanks god I contacted my local delivery services and corrected that. Moreover, quality is so cheap comparing to what you are paying for… never again.

Garbage Dropshipper, Return Scam

Garbage Dropshipper, Return Scam!!!

Do not buy thinking you can actually return the products, they make you return to China and pay for shipping yourself.

They run ads like crazy but their products are clearly made in china and are poor quality.

Highly recommend you move on to another store that actually sells quality made coffee products.

Great experience with this e-shop and beautiful product

I ordered from this e-shop for the first time and I had some doubts, but I tried and I do not regret my decision. They offer a wide selection of beautiful coffee accessories...

The product arrived after about 2 weeks to Slovakia, well packaged and also scented with a beautiful fragnance. Overall, you get the feeling from packaging that it is a really premium product and a premium approach to the customer.

They also regularly send e-mails about the status of your order, which also include a link to track the shipment, but in my case these links never worked, but I do not take it as a negative experience.

I can definitely recommend this e-shop :)

Coffee accessories are wonderful

Coffee accessories are wonderful. With communication is the small problem. My last purchase with was not shipped. My emails was not answered yet. No comment. But five stars are given not for Lastaforest but for products.

They filled the custom tax form…

They filled the custom tax form incorrect which resulted in a penalty charge (additional pay of ~50% of the value) and refused to compensate.
Products came from Asia (website mentioned warehouses in Europe and USA) and shipping took >4 weeks.
Would not order again!

A sad experience. I will never buy from this website again

Actually it’s under what I have rated — one star.
I have been waiting more 3 weeks than what this website promised to arrive and I asked the help desk about the status. They asked me for sympathy instead.
I have asked for refund but no response from them so far.
It’s a very sad website and a very sad experience!

Have not received it
I ordered on Jun 6th and after more than 20 days I have not received it yet, exceeding the time promised. Not even information where the pack is. The tracking links of the mails doesn't work. I am thinking it is a fake company. Good decision to not buy the other product they offer when I placed my order. It was for a gift, I had to buy another thing :(

I bought both a WDT tool and a portafilter basket. I love them both. They came rather quickly through the mail and the packaging was great. I saved the boxes that they actually came because I feel it would be a shame to throw it since they took the time to engineer something so great. I know I will be buying more stuff in the future.

I think it's a shame

I think it's a shame, but two things have spoilt my taste a bit. The first problem: I bought a portafilter and a tamper station. I bought both directly from Lastaforest. Unfortunately, it didn't say anywhere that the portafilter doesn't fit into the tamper station. I was offered a return. But unfortunately I bought the portafilter a few months earlier and have been using it for a very long time. If I now return the tamper station, I won't have a tamper station for the portafilter. I had relied on the fact that the products are compatible with each other, especially because unfortunately there was no indication that the products are not compatible. But the second problem: I then gave the tamper station a correspondingly lower rating. However, my negative review is not published. Apparently, only the reviews that are very good are published. That is a no-go.
