We sold our house using Gary and Joe at Latcham Dowling, we would recommend them without hesitation, we were kept informed at every stage, the process was clear and they were happy to spend time explaining things as we went through sale. Other agents we spoke to did not compare. Lovely team.

We've moved house on a number of occasions and never had an experience even close to what Latcham Dowling provided. From valuation, through to viewings, sale and completion they exceeded expectations on keeping us informed throughout the whole process and ensured everything went smoothly. Timely and transparent communication all the way backed by top notch service. Cannot recommend them highly enough if you're looking to sell in the Potton / St Neots area.
