Wish I had seen the reviews for this company before ordering, it’s been two months no response from my email and having seen the reviews I don’t hold much hope I’m going to get my purchase.

I have ordered five times over 3 months, I did receive one order but it was the wrong size and did not fit, all the other orders I am still waiting for, I wish I had checked out Latexclothing.co.uk first on Trustpilot, it is clearly apparent that the owners of this online shop are dishonest traders.

As others have said.... paid for the goods and nothing arrives and no responses to emails. I would avoid this site at all costs.

Ordered begining of October, still received nothing by the end of November. Contacted them and received zero response, Lots of other reviews saying the same thing. Definately a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. French too, despite website saying co.uk

Over two months later and no order delivered.
Like others here, company not responding to emails. Chargeback on the way.

Do not use this company.

Like other reviewers I've not received the item I ordered and the person running this company doesn't reply to emails.
So a chargeback via the credit card company is the only resort left.
If you've had a similar experience I recommend registering the details via the French government's consumer website SignalConso. A single complaint might not achieve much but more probably will - if you check out their website you'll find out why.

Some nice things on this website, wait may be a little long but for the money and quality I think its fair to say I don't mine the wait.

Was worried about the shipping time but everything arrived in good time for my event. Just order ahead of time.

Took a chance with this company as I had not ordered of them before. Good website, and they where very help when it came to sizing. Got the fit on my boxer shorts just right.

Total scam, order sent in Nov 22 never delivered and no replies to requests for updates.Dont touch with a bargepole!

Order never arrived. Shop didn't respond to any emails. Requested a chargeback though my bank in the end, which I received.

You have up to 120 days to request a chargeback so make sure you don't wait longer than that.

Also reported the URL to the ncsc as a scam site.

Good price for a good item of clothing. Will buy again, very pleased with what i got

I wish I checked the reviews here first. Well, I have been duped. Just like the rest, I ordered and no response since. That was 2 months ago. Hence Im now going to start a chargeback claim with my bank to get my money back as i paid by debit card

Update 01/09/22: Today i got my refund from my bank but also my parcel arrived today! It only shows that this company is not fraudulent except that they were not transparent being in France and inexistent customer service. Im also not happy with the quality of the latex I got. Too thin, hence what should look red appears orange

This site is fraudulent, they're actually in France. They take your money, do not send items out and do not respond to emails.

Placed an order only got part of it attempted to get in contact no reply from emails after several attempts now waiting over 3 months from order
They take the payment that is greater than advertised then there is an additional bank charge on top but you don't get the goods

I have updated my order date to apr 22
Had a response to my emails eventually October 22 stating the order was dispatched September 22 and that it must have been loosed in the post.
They would re send the order it is now 22 Jan 23 I have still not got my order
So I will repeat my statement

Still waiting it is now may 2023 had only one response back stating the order was shipped out Sep- 22 that was back in oct-22 had no other response back that was acceptable even though I have sent other Emails to them

Absolutely appalling customer service. An error occurred with the initial transaction so this company provided an alternative payment method through a PayPal invoice. After the PayPal was settled I have had no confirmation despite numerous requests and have had zero emails answered. It has now been over 3 months since this started and have not even been able to get the transaction refunded/reversed due to the PayPal invoice that was sent was under the family/friends setting not a business so PayPal are unable to reverse it. This is a rogue company trading as a U.K. website but operating in France. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES as they will take your money and you will never hear from them again!
Unscrupulous scam site designed to take money from people for fetishwear and or party wear as they don’t think people will be vocal about being scammed by a site that sells this type of clothing.
Save yourself money and headaches by shopping elsewhere. They do not follow the U.K. laws for trading even though they trade under a U.K. domain name. Your money is not safe if you shop with them just don’t do it!

As per other reviews. Placed an order in good faith, paying note to the terms and conditions. After waiting a month I followed up with several emails over a further two weeks with no replies.

Do not order from this site, as many have said there is a strong probability you won't receive anything.
I ordered nearly 2 months ago, nothing has been received and there is no response to emails.
Because it shows a .co.uk address you might think they are UK based, they are not, they are based in France

This is a scam site please do not order . Took my order took my money and never respond to emails
