Another failure to provide the goods.
Scam or collapsed I don't know but they continue to advertise and accept orders online........

Scam website. Do not give them your money. They take money and even measurements but orders are not fulfilled and they do not respond to emails.

They don't reply to emails, they don't give you a tracking number, they have no address or phone.

I ordered from them mid March up to the value of £250.
I have sent numerous emails regarding updates on my order and have not received any responses.
I fear I never will and will not receive my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered two hoods at the beginning of April, sent 8 emails no reply and still no hoods. Have just received one(10th May) of the hoods and says one to follow.

Only delivered two small pieces from an order of 5 (inc expensive catsuit) over £188 of value missing....no response to chasing emails or the mobile number on sister site....crooks!
Can't believe they are still doing this (only just saw reviews stupid me!!)

placed an order for 2 items - delivery took nearly 2 months (beyond their terms and conditions). one item ok but other item not requested anyway the zipper is broken. Also never responded to my email sent 2 weeks after my order was placed, so no point in contacting them again to resolve.

This site/company is NOT good, I ordered a catsuit and waited 149 days for an update. Multiple e-mails including a warning that gave notice about me pursuing a refund.

They never reply with an update or an offer of a refund. There's no way you can check the status of an order on the site or anything.

DO NOT USE.
YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS.

Items paid for never arrived. I was told they'd shipped months prior, and any attempts to get tracking info or shipment location were ignored. After reading other reviews, easy to see why.

Avoid at all costs, you won't get what you paid for.

Delivery ok. Product in my case a hood was really good value for money. Hope to get a lot if wear out of it.

1st of all Trustpilot how can you say this is an average company .
2 good reviews more than likely sent by them or there friends and the rest of them are so negative from hard working people who have lost money to these con people .please change there star rating to NIL .
I simply ordered items from these people they draw you in with the great price of there goods they are selling half the price of other proper companies and that’s it you send emails asking where are your goods and nothing in return

Got the catsuit and just love it, really good fit and MTM at a great price. Parties will be fun with this lovely suit.

Fast shipping, good product for the money

Would that I had had the foresight to check out this company on your website before making my purchase, and I would have avoided what is a wearingly familiar story. I can only add my own entreaty to avoid these people like the plague.

You will first discover that, though products are advertised at a certain price (in my case £42, plus £9 packing and postage), reconfirmed by automated email, the amount leaving your account will be considerably more (ditto £53.18, plus additional bank charges of £2.59). Nowhere on the website is there any indication the amount is indicative, or is based on some foreign exchange rate.

With no sign of your purchase after a month, you e-mail to check, then again … then again. Not even an acknowledgement. In exasperation you cancel your order, together with a long and threatening letter, spending an additional £6 on recorded delivery to ensure proof of delivery. Again, nothing.

Had I received any word at any stage I might have been willing to put this down to mere incompetence and appalling customer service, but it now seems clear this is just one more cynical instalment in a regular pattern of behaviour.

The modus operandi is as follows: advertise products which might give rise to embarrassment (latex fetish) on a flashy website, bank money which exceeds the amount advertised and confirmed (notwithstanding the co.uk, in a French bank account), hide the company safely away in the heart of the Breton countryside. Thenceforth remain incommunicado, astutely calculating the customer will be deterred by the embarrassment of revealing his purchase to others, the prohibitive time and expense of turning up on their distant foreign doorstep, or taking protracted legal action which will end up costing him more money than he is ever likely to recover, and eventually simply give up.

I have long given up any hope of seeing my purchase, am similarly pessimistic about seeing even part of my money ever again, but am in contact with Trading Standards. Hopefully they will eventually do something about these people, who clearly believe they can behave with impunity

She will take your money and you will not receive your goods.
She will not reply to any e mails and no phone number. I've managed to get her personal phone number, but still no answer.
Not a UK company, its in France.
I've reported this and her various other websites, amazon and eBay accounts.
Police and trading standards are well aware of this.

Still waiting for my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY, you will not get your goods and no refund.

They took my money, delivered a faulty item, we agreed after several attempts of communication to ship it back and have it repaired. I never got it again. They ignore my emails.

For me this is fraud and they should be sued.

Had a problem I shared with them and didn't even get a reply ! Not good enough !1

Fast products delivery and they respond to tickets quickly. They even shorted out few errors in order but finally all was well. -1 for that.

Ordered early October and hadn't received either the item or an email by early November. Emailed to ask where the item was, no reply. Two weeks later I threatened to get my bank involved and promptly got a response saying the item was ready to ship. Two weeks later and nothing. Requested refund from bank successfully. Avoid this company!
