Excellent quality and really solid doors doors. The website was very easy to use when ordering. I called twice with 2 seperate queries and the staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly. My delivery was originally scheduled today but i received a call on Wednesday asking if i'd like to take the delivery a day early. My delivery driver Lee arrived bang on the time he'd specified. Lee was a lovely bloke, chatty and really helpful. The access to my garage wasn't brilliant but it was no trouble at all. Thanks a lot!

Lee was very polite and courteous, he called prior to arriving and was helpful when unloading and clearly explained all the parts that he delivered.

I had a new garage security door delivered today from Latham's. Brilliant quality - but heavy as hell. Luckily, Lee the delivery driver helped me carry it all the way from the front of the house to the back. Both he and Latham's couldn't be more helpful. 👍

I called to order a set of container double doors. Spoke to a lady called Kerry who was very helpful. Placed the order later that afternoon. Delivery times for part of my order meant had to amend it slightly but Kerry's communication was spot on, firstly in letting me know part would take longer and therefore delay it and also when amending and refunding part of my order. Thank you.

Overall great company to deal with, dealt with Lathams for 4+ years now and I wouldn't go elsewhere. Any issues they always try help and rectify it asap. Dealt with Kerry for over 2 years now who's always been helpful.

Mollie from Lathams has been extra attentive to our needs - our customer had asked to change the powder coated colour of 2 doors already ordered and paid for. I wasn't expecting anything could be changed this late in the process but they have been fantastic and kept me updated throughout! Customer is delighted to be getting their new colour too.
