As someone who had little knowledge of the sizing or features of steel doors Miya of the Sales team helped me not only with the initial ordering of the door, but kept me fully informed answering my many questions of the whole process to final assembly, . Great quality, easy to install , Lee the delivery driver was very helpful

Ordered a lock on the Thursday morning, the web site assured me it would be dispatched the same day, it’s now the following Wednesday, and nothing has arrived. After emailing for an update I was told it would be dispatched today, so at the earliest it will arrive a week after I ordered it. Not what I expected at all.
Update, Latham’s have apologised and responded positively, which is good, it shows that if things go wrong, they will do their best to resolve the situation.

Had 2 cottage style doors of Latham’s supplied and installed by DJB Steel Door Ltd. The doors are fantastic and look amazing. No one is getting through those.

DJB service in suppling and installing the doors was second to none. The doors were installed in the doors in a day but came back to do cometic work. Nothing was too much for Darren. Will definitely be using his services in future.

As always the Latham security door is a first class product, the ordering process is easy and the communication throughout is great. The delivery driver , Lee, was very helpful and friendly, could not have been better.

Reviewing the experience of receiving the goods from the Delivery stage I was kept well informed on when to expect the Delivery well in advance it arrived within the allotted timeframe and I was given a further notification of precisely when it was going to be delivered and it was bang on time the delivery driver whose name is Lee helped me to then lift the door from his vehicle onto the back of my truck so I could deliver it immediately to my operatives on site 10 out of 10 service very very pleased keep up the good work and thank you again to lee the driver
